These are GOOD questions. Logan may be trying to find holes in Christianity to make himself feel better, but these are questions I've asked as a Christian and there is no shame in fully understanding what the bible says. Cliff answers questions from non believers and people of different faiths all the time. I think the question of "why has God made people wired in a way that makes them more inclined to sin than others" is a very natural curiosity to have. I've struggled with narcissists in my life and I've wondered how is it fair they are wired to be more selfish than the average person (I am not saying they aren't accountable for their actions because they indeed still have free will). We're all born with a sinful nature....we all have weaknesses. If your weakness is homosexuality, it doesn't mean you're free to act on it. If that's the case, then if you're born with a desire to steal, does that mean you can shoplift? If you're born with a desire to kill, does that give you the right to murder? We can't act on our desires, which is why it's important to stay in prayer and in His word. If you ask the Lord to remove sinful desires, He will. But you have to want to obey rather than act on desires.

Evolution is a fact of biology, and you can actually learn a lot about it with a quick Google search. If you watch the video, you will realize that most of the people making comments do not understand that Cliffe is speaking about them. It is self-righteous and ignorant to think that God sees any person differently than the worst sinner. For one reason: God loves Satan; if He didn't, Satan would not exist. God and Jesus will be forced to send many of His creations to hell, not because God won't forgive them, but because they are, deep down, no different than Satan. What you were saying about ‘sexuality’ at 12:20 is misguided, I would hope. It’s kind of a prejudged and incorrect of view both LBTQ people and of human development. When you’re discussing sexuality, you’re jumping to it meaning pornography or physical acts or lewd connotations. In reality, sexuality or orientation is not inherently an explicit concept but you’re rather referring to sexual satisfaction or various other lewd aspects. At its core we’re discussing love and parentage which are not only not inherently lewd or explicit but instead a concept open to people of any age. Children will understand that a baby must come from somewhere, the question “where do babies come from?” Is practically a colloquialism for child-like curiosity. Even without asking the question, children will understand that a man and his wife love each other in a way that is different and higher than the love of a friend, and they will understand that two people love each other and thus they have a baby together. This is without the explicit knowledge of sex or anatomy, is this lewd or inappropriate? Of course not. Children will play ‘family’ will dolls and toys long before any sex education and will understand and develop crushes long before any kind of sex education. The concept of love, marriage, relationships predates the development of an understanding of sex by many years in development. If a child can understand and exhibit this before being instructed it has to be either inherent or understood, again without outside influences explaining sex. If a child can understand crushes, marriage, parenthood, there is a piece missing that is the act and implication of sex, and this understanding will continue before and after they grow up and learn about other aspects of human love. To suggest that an understanding of straight of relationships and parents is normal but the understanding that two men or two women can have the same kind of love is inherently sexually explicit is misguided at best and intentionally ignorant of gay and queer people at worst.
I like to think of it as a trial or test before the blessing and breakthrough. We all have parts of our life that we struggle with as right or wrong. Not all of us are tested to perfection the same.
I do think the most simple answer is that we are corrupted by sin. Sin corrupts us from birth, but the sin is not part of the person God creates us to be. It’s that simple.
I was molested at a young age and that kind of abuse led to my sexual confusion in believing I was bi but once I gave my life to God/Jesus/Holy Spirit, He delivered me from the confusion and the desire for women. Thank you Lord. Thank You Jesus❤
