well guess what idiots making a mistake, vs weaponizing your channel to attack someones character, company and everything else on unproven allegations thats a hell of a lot worse. And your all part of it
Its kind of astonishing how in trying to accuse Coffee of defamation, he is starting to build an incredible case for Coffee to sue Logan for defamation.
He might have removed the response video, apologised, and he might refund all the money the victims invested...but he's sure as hell not doing it because he wants to. EDIT: of course, he still didn't even give a refund to anyone. I was a fool for expecting him to do the bare minimum.
True and if he ever tries to launch another project as well I'd hope people not be stupid enough to ever involve themselves with anything remotely tied to him.
@@thedoggo6618 Crypto bros are the easiest to scam people on earth right now. They have formed a culture of extreme risk taking. They literally denounce people for being cautious by yelling “FOMO” and then spend their entire savings on the *chance* something actually takes off and isn’t a scam. They are a community of habitual internet gamblers.
My man suing coffee is like him commiting both financial and internet suicide since if he loses and he fucking will if he does sue then coffee can then use his evidence to counter sue which will lead to him having to 1 try to disprove coffee claims and 2 allow coffee to get his hands on a lot more evidence than wat he currently has and then like someone up there said if the feds see this as opportunity to look into Logan they can quite literally demand to see every details of Logan’s bullshit and brand him a couple of boxing match in prison
Thats probably why he didn't. Logan would have to show all conversations and documents to prove coffe was lying. Since coffe wasn't logan would lose the lawsuit and everything he was hiding woul become public record.
i also just wanna point out to the people that don't watch CoffeeZilla he don't promote his patreon constanly i have watch most of his videos and this was the first time i heard about it,
Let this not deter you from remembering that Logan Paul is still as smooth brained as he was when he thought it was a good idea to film AND POST a video of him going into the suicide forest in Japan.
I’m not entirely convinced Logan knows what a manager is for. I am also convinced that Jeff is the worst manager ever. Jeff’s call with coffeezilla was so disastrous it’s comical
He got so angry on that part 😂 like you have coffee blocked on twitter, he got mad when he DM’d his IG, and was upset when he got his personal phone number/ sent the emails. How else was coffee supposed to reach you? That video is so funny every I watch it. He’s trying so hard and really thinks his slams prove anything 😂 what a joke
@@thehoodedteddy1335 He has worse social skills, or rather he talks through the phone worse than me and I'm possibly the shiest neurodivergent idiot that ever idioted lol
@@thehoodedteddy1335Jeff is terrible. I love how on the podcast Jeff didn’t really back Logan up. He’s just trying to save himself. When Logan was kinda leaning for Jeff to back him on his character as a person, Jeff just kept replying, “sure, yeah sure”. Literally did not care.
I never thought that a guy who chose to film a dead body and then post it would then go on to continue digging himself a bigger hole. This man’s confidence and ego needs to be studied
I saw the video of the dead body an hour after it came out it had 300k views around and I was shocked he actually filmed it I wasn’t scarred just shocked it was on RU-vid
Wait a sec...... This is something I did not know about. Logan has always came across as a scamming clout chaser to me so I haven't seen much of anything he's done since he was posting videos on Facebook 15 years ago. Does not surprise me at all. Reminds me of my career criminal little brother.
That really puts it in perspective… to actually edit a video and a dead person is part of that film and still posted it for millions of people to see. Just goes to show that the human race have amnesia. How could Logan do that?! What if someone found a body of someone he loves and someone posted it and millions of people saw and even liked the video 🤣 human race is doomed
Watching this 10 months on and seeing how Logan didn’t suffer any consequences, in fact his career has actually gotten bigger and more successful, is proof that there’s no justice
Yep. And his responses and continual growth is proof most people are idiots and do actually deserve to be scammed. Hope they're enjoying their $10 Logan energy drinks.

A good, hard, laugh. Thank you for this moment of joy in an otherwise dark reality. I will forever be indebted to you, in the amount of one open mouth kiss.
That's what happens when fame hits the tower. Logan have some complex where everyone is to blame but not him. You where about to take part in some shady business with some criminals, the thing is that they outsmarted YOU. You aren't smart. ADMIT IT!
The only reason logan didn't sell is not out of the kindness of his heart but because they agreed to sell when it reached a certain market cap which it never did. That's the only reason, because he wanted to rug pull at a higher price.
literally he talks about it basically being a pump n dump, just wanted to hype it up n al that 🤦🏻the other guy just ruined it by pulling out super early lol
Logan Paul hasn't changed one bit, he has just made it look like he changed for many years and now he is showing his true colors again, just like he did in Japan.
The real clowns are people like you who THOUGHT he changed. It was so obvious he didn’t change. He himself has admitted he grew a beard and did the “personality change” for sales in his merch and also prime.
The best part is when George brings up the only decent point in the entire podcast (even though the other guy is supposed to be playing "devils advocate") about how a lot of the people who invested really don't have a lot of money to spare but trusted it because it ONLY because it was Logan and they trusted him. Then his stupid other friend interrupts and thinks that's a great time to bring up when him and Logan were at the SPA in QATAR attending the WORLD CUP and Logan looked really sad...lol... talk about relatable my man. Most the people whose money got stolen will never ever in their life be able to afford to attend the world up...in a foreign country on the other side of the planet... while staying in a 5 star hotel... and taking advantage of their massively overpriced spa... like WOW! great point my man! He looked sad :(
I don’t watch imPAULsive but from what I’ve seen George occasionally makes good points. He’s one of the few people Logan should keep; everyone else he needs to 86. Except the lawyer who told him to delete everything. He can stay.
He never fully realized just how lucky he got to walk away from the Japan incident-- him *STILL* having the balls to go after Coffee and this scheme should be his final free strike.
Saying it cant be a scam if you didn't make any money is like trying to say you didn't break in to the jewelry store because you didn't manage to get away with anything
I’d think he’d know at least *one* attorney who’d tell him that filing a suit for defamation opens him up to the discovery process pre-trial. And that would make the trial completely pointless once it proves that it WAS a scam, and that Coffeezilla wasn’t lying- and probably brings even more shady shit to light. ANY actual lawyer would tell Logan to stfu and that there’s no way he can expose himself to discovery.
@@georgia2321 yup. No shot he has talked to a GOOD lawyer. I’m sure he has talked to a shitty lawyer. A lawyer who will charge him out the ass and give him bad faith advice. Need Legal Eagle to react to the situation.
We live in a world where instead of facing the facts, they try to *redefine* WHAT the facts are. Like, "What is a woman?" "What is considered a vaccine?" "What is considered the truth?" "FICTION being held in higher regard than FACTS"....
@@damien9683 In order to have a meaningful discussion about difficult topics, one first does have to establish the boundaries of said discussion. How could you ever succeed when there is no consensus of conditions between parties?

"He doesn't verify backgrounds... Unlike me, I verified everyone who we hired" Also, he is a public figure, so him filing a defemation case means he has to meet the higher standard, and it's extremely hard (albiet not impossible) for public figures to successfully win a case with the higher standard applied.
The more Logan talks, the more the law graduate in me cries. What he's done is deny fraud by admitting to negligence. And if that negligence is gross, it could be tantamount to intent. If a simple google search could have brought up everything he said about his partners, and if he even has info that wasn't on Google, then the onus was on him to pick a different crew. He saw the fire and walked into it along with his fans. I think that's crossing over from the realm of inadvertence to recklessness.
Bro I saw a video from a lawyer who couldn’t stop laughing at how insane Logan sounds and how bad he’s manager sounded on the phone with coffee. He stated no chance he wins.
Logan’s team was told about Ibanez being a fake way before launch so yes, I would love criminal charges from fraudster all the way down to criminal negligence. Logan is too dumb to realize that by using “I’m a dum dum” as a defense makes you a risky investment not worthy of any business partnership. Logan is also projecting a ton here.
hes not dude? coffee weaponized his fan base in an attack and caused irreparable damage to cryptozoo? Not logan, logan didnt affect the price at all good or bad he just lost with everyone else. The only other thing was a world wide crypto crash that no one can control so guess what the only real person or lowered the value of cryptozoo is coffee. Dont forget the idiot lied and stole the phone call to do it too. So keep cheering for the guy who actually caused 100s of thousands of people to lose money. Because cryptozoo will never escape the shadow of his video
He's done a great job convincing his audience that he's stupid - the problem is that he's not actually as stupid as people think he is. Don't get me wrong, he's an idiot. But he's not stupid. He doesn't need to convince _everyone_ that he's actually innocent. Just his fanbase. And they _always_ give him the benefit of the doubt.
Penguinz0 I've just discovered you and I backtracked on your videos and they are brilliant. You are fair minded and eveidence based. I find myself watching your videos to get the conclusion on most scandalous affairs, and you create thought and a deeper thinking on subjects . Well done.
"When we were on a spa, on Qatar I saw the pain on your face" How far removed do you need to be to utter these words? If you live the millionaire life for far too long it seems that you lose any sense of empathy.
just imagine a world where the "i didn't make money, therefore i'm innocent" defense actually worked: you rob a bank, the police arrives as you leave the building and you just drop the bag of money and walk home like nothing ever happened.
"Where Coffee fucked up, was targeting me as some malicious super villain" I thought Coffee did a super good job on portraying the two being the really malicious super villains and you being the bumbling buffoon, you played the comic relief in this, Logan Holy shit moist critical hit right there
Classic self-incrimination via projection. Steven never called Logan a villain, yet Logan felt the urge to say "I'm not a villain." Like getting pulled over by a cop who asks "Do you know how fast you were going?" and you responding "No sir, also I definitely don't have any weed on me."
I’ve never seen a person handle a situation like this in every wrong way possible, it’s actually impressive how stupid Logan’s plan is in all this, attack the character of the person who exposed him, play innocent for working with criminals, try to farm sympathy in the most obviously shoehorned way possible, refuse to refund people, never say sorry, refuse to address points made against him, play the victim, and that’s not even all of it
The fact that he didn't compensate anyone throughout all of this is pretty strange. Giving him the benefit of the doubt here and assuming that his project really is a "way to game and make money". Why wouldn't he give back money to the people who were robbed out of the money that was for them? His decision to hire the peope without proper background checks is also odd. How is it that Coffeezilla investigated these people and found holes in their story better than Logan and his team? Shouldn't that have been Logan's job?
@@TheUltimateDetective playing devils advocate here but - since he technically hasn't sold his ZOO (due to the project being rugged from him before _he_ could rugpull), there's no good way to quantify exactly how much he'd owe, unless he examined each blockchain transaction individually which he'll never do because he's a dumbarse and wouldn't understand how
Just a heads up to anyone watching this before Penguinz makes a second video about this: Logan deleted the podcast episode and uploaded an apology to Coffeezilla. Essentially his Lawyers saw the podcast, had a panic attack and yelled at him to take it down. Even they saw the blatant bullshittery of it
What probably happened: Logan: Yo, it's Logan. Lawyer: it's your lawyer, and I just saw your video response. Logan: So how we're gonna go after coffee? Lawyer: Listen here, "Logs". I'm ending your reality distortion field. 1, Jeff isn't pressing wiretapping charges since he's your MANAGER and supposed to respond to press questions AND Stephen's in a one party consent state. 2. You don't have a defamation case against Stephen since you're a public figure. Puerto Rico, California and Texas has anti slapp laws against frivolous lawsuits to silence public enquiries so if anything, he could counter-Sue us and likely win. And if you wanna open THAT can of worms, suing him means his legal team can look into ANY communications relating to your crypto schemes AND we have to disprove that you had intent to scam. So far, what Stephen is able to dig up already makes you liable for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and insider trading at minimum. And if the Feds decide to take a look after Stephen's done with you, and THEY have the ability to dig into stuff that Stephen's not privy to, the next boxing match you'll be having will be in a federal penitentiary. Don't talk to me again until you get some more braincells.
He did the old dirty delete, stopped threatening lawsuits, apologized to coffeezilla, and claimed he was gonna take accountability. Must have been a hell of a lot of backlash.
I think that Logan Paul's response to Coffeezilla being deleted is the WORST handling of drama/scandals since James Charles deleting his "Holding myself accountable" apology video.
20:55 I agree with Charlie, here. I love to watch people make a clown of themselves. Bet a decent chunk of Logan’s fans do too, and a decent chunk probably found that Coffee was right.
Yeah cause in Logan’s little brain he actually thinks he’s intelligent. What’s that word for someone who is so stupid they think they are super intelligent. Well anyways whatever it is that is the description of the Paul Brothers.
Fun fact for the non PDS watchers. Bias is actually a new word in Logans vocab. When Phil had him on to talk, Logan calling Phil bias in all his reporting as a compliment... where Phil then explained to him, like a child, what bias actually means and that he's basically been insulting him the whole time.
I’m also convinced he’s not actually going to sue Coffeezilla. If he was talking to a lawyer they would tell him DO NOT talk about it especially on your podcast because ANYTHING you say could hurt your case. Just like him admitting to all the things coffee got correct. Doing this episode could only hurt your case for defamation Just release a short statement saying “I didn’t do what the Coffeezilla series accused me of, it is not based in fact I would never scam my fans and I plan on pursuing legal action against Coffee for these completely false claims” Logan’s a 🤡
@@victoriazero8869 the Coffeezilla effect at work. That man could crack a gobstopper with just vibes alone. These men are incapable of not incriminating themselves.

So correct. “He made me out to be a super villain.” NO Paul he made you look like exactly what you are an idiot that got scammed while trying to scam. 🤦🏻♀️
It was literally like a mob boss. Hire criminals to steal money and then blame it on them when caught. He was probably behind the scenes saying “y’all screwed up and got caught, your plan didn’t work, now I’m gonna place the blame on y’all.”

I love how the one guy actually asked a decent question on how he's going to help the people who got hurt and he immediately turned it into "I'm the victim here"
i love how they read out the definition of a scam and no bulb in their heads lit up. like none of them thought after reading/hearing that definition and didnt think hmmmm...
Ah, don't worry this is a good reference for my case study for "does attacking a person's character help in trying to disprove and argument, defense or thesis?" So far, It's via landlside that it's not a great idea! (But great for my case study)
I didn't know the name of his podcast was Impaulsive...what an absolute ass clown. I'm assuming his core audience is 14 year olds, as anyone over the age of 20 would see right through this bullshit artists shell game.
Meat Canyon’s cartoon about Paul is spot on. Instead of apologizing in the cartoon for stealing this dudes clothes, he just tries to play some old apology videos he made for him. Then when non of them match the situation, Paul tells the guy, “eh just give it a couple weeks and we’ll be even Steven, ok?” It’s so freaking epic. Everyone should go check it out. 😂
-group of thieves throughoutly plan to rob a bank -the robbery fails because there was a back stabber who took all the money and escaped -others with zero money gained from the robbery gets caught by cops -they claim innocence as they did not get any money from the robbery, "I did not rob a bank because I did not get any money I am innocent" ~robber guy #1.
It would be detrimental for Logan to take Coffee to court because what it would do is establish Coffee's evidence as legally admissible facts. Those facts could be used by law enforcement in a criminal investigation later.
I dont see how those two statements are contradictory. Logan : "he vilified me by twisting and manipulating the situation” -- Sounds properly logical to me
Also, Logan argues it was defamation when he himself potentially made defamatory statements about Coffeezilla and other people in the video. This is the part nobody is noticing and might be the real reason the video got taken down. That police story Logan referenced is completely false according to Coffee, who says he never worked with police. So where did this information come from? Who are those quotes from? When did that happen? He says the guy Emilio that Coffee interviewed is a crypto scammer himself. Where's the proof that those screenshots are from the same Emilio? We need more info. His statements about Zach Kelling are also very problematic. He accuses Zach of lying about the number of engineers working for him and his operating costs. Of all the people he tears down in the response, Zach Kelling actually seems like a normal dude and doesn't really have any red flags for anything recently. He's just a developer in the NFT space who's done mostly normal things for the last 18 years, but Logan has grouped him in with all these scammers and I'd be pissed if I was Zach. Apparently his lawyers are going to be contacting Logan about this so he really shot himself in the foot. This response video was the dumbest thing Logan could have possibly done.
He sent himself a sappy "fan letter" that describes a myriad of reasons why he's a good person and adds value to the world, in a way that no actual sentient person would ever write or speak. When you're making moves straight out of DSP's playbook you know you're royally f'ed.
I feel like coffezilla has more reason to sue for defamation than Logan does. Logan went and told lies about coffee and than claimed it was all for hurting his character. That is what Logan is doing to coffee
I like how Coffee presented this whole thing in the first place, he doesn't just say he did some investigating, he actually takes you through it, shares it, a lot of transparency, anyone siding with Logan on this is long gone
The logic that he didn't try to scam is just beyond mental gymnastics, it's like saying "I was on my way with the boys to rob a bank, while inside 2 of them robbed the bank but in the meantime I realised there are cameras and my face can be seen so I just ran out without stealing, therefore I'm innocent"
More like they got to the vault first and after they filled their swag bags there was nothing left for him. Bah. Go and cry those tears into some tins of prime and sell them, sure some crazies will pay heavily for that.
I need some sort of defense attorney or Lawyer to go over this situation. There will be no better way of saying you’re stupid than getting the people who dedicate their lives to prove people right/wrong.
Logan is just a teenager that never grew up, at least intellectually. And him saying "ruin my reputation" when he doesn't have any to begin with is just hilarious. Dude's been the most entertaining shit I've seen this year.
I’m so glad to see that most of the internet is on Coffee’s side. I hope Logan comes to his senses and make this about the people who matter the most in this case: the victims.
He's in his senses. He's simply trying to manipulate his audience into siding with him. We all know logan doesn't give a shit about anyone and claiming he's just not in his senses is a massive massive reach. He knows what he's doing and it's going as he planned. People act like he isn't a fully cognitive grown adult and that hes just ignorant of everything around him and fail to relize they're being played.
I don't really care what Logan does at this point because it's clear he DOESN'T have any sense and any type of "redemption arc" he has is just some guise for the next bullshit he's gonna pull. This isn't a one-off thing, this is a show of character. Logan is a opportunistic unsympathetic egotist who seeks every chance to make himself some money or clout no matter who gets hurt in the process. He did it to a dead body, he did it with a rat, he did it with NFTs, he's NOT a good person and people need to come to their senses and see that. But they won't, because all publicity is good publicity.
Lawyer here. Coffee could file a defamation claim against Logan for his statement regarding law enforcement. Also, if Logan filed a claim against Coffee, he would have first amendment protection. Because Logan is a public figure, he generally would have to shown Coffee acted with actual malice when publishing a false statement.
And that's the funniest part, as shown by his now 2 video responses, Logan is unable to provide any evidence Coffeezilla's statements are untrue / could constitute defamation. I really hope he goes forward with trying to sue, so he gets stuck paying his own and Coffeezilla's legal fees when the case gets laughed out of court.
@@PSBrathwaite no lawyer here, but isn't Logan defaming CZ by saying that he couldn't assist the law enforcement? The damages would be to his image, wouldn't them? Honestly asking, I don't know how it works over there.

He's not bad for hiring those 3 people. He's stupid, but not bad." The more and more I hear him talk, the more I hear him lying, coming up with excuses, and denying pure facts, the more I think he's a bad person, and the more I believe he actually was doing everything with purely sinister intent. Edit: for context, I was 13 during the forest situation. I knew it happened, but didn’t pay attention to it or any context regarding it due to my age. I keep getting criticism for not originally assuming he was sinister due to his previous behaviors, however that’s the reason. Don’t know why it even matters considering I referred to him as sinister in this comment regardless , but that’s why I said I originally just thought he was stupid lmao
@@nebnik2015 Honestly I’ve never paid any attention to him whatsoever prior to this. @@kiavalo Without paying attention to him, it’s definitely easy to miss. I never paid much attention to him either, except when the whole “filming a dead body” incident happened. That put him on the map as being legitimately reprehensible, and since then he hasn’t had much controversy and built his image back to being annoying but ultimately harmless and had the persona of someone who learned from his past mistakes and grew as a person. This incident has shown that it may just be that he’s learned how to *hide* his questionable behaviors, which honestly makes him more sinister.
