It all started with the clowns announcing the game on Thursday, and it just grew from there. The NFL media will take any opportunity they can to throw shade on the Bengals. We all know that the Ravens, KC and Pittsburgh are the NFL media darlings, and they will get a pass on anything they do. I didn't see anyone talking about Clowney being dirty, after falling directly on Burrow's hand in the play prior...they were more interested in spinning a narrative about Burrow and the Bengals hiding something. If anyone targets Logan in future games because of the media narrative, and he gets hurt, he should be able to go after the media legally...the harassment they caused is bad enough. We're with ya Cowboy, and if they try to eliminate the 'hip-drop' tackle, they might as well change to the National Flag Football League.
Your post is spot on, I've been saying the same for years now about how the league and the National media have it in for the Bengals franchise. I think a lot of it stems from Mike Brown being the lone "NO" vote on a lot of rule changes and other league issues over the years. Kinda like Al Davis was when he ran the Raiders. The Bengals never get the benefit of the doubt and it seems the team never gets the calls. Last year's AFCCG is solid proof, along with the ridiculous end of game call on Logan Wilson in the Super Bowl
