I remember the ole cable skidders Iron mule😊 I cut in rhe woods years ago. Lots of memories .I mafe 18cents a stick. Hard hot days. Total Respect

How fast does a tulip poplar grow as far as diameter? Is it 1/4inch a year or less? I know you doing it your whole life and seeing the growth rings on the trees you cut I figure you would know the answer to my question. I’m a big fan of your forestry videos keep them coming!

We use growth rates rather than inches per year as that will vary. Poplar grows around 4%/year

There'll be a lot of sunlight hitting the ground there now for sure. Did they do anything with the interior roads they made while logging to prevent erosion afterwards? Any conservation mix planted?

Why in the world would you start talking into the camera just before the dozer went off of the trailer? Think about what people want to see when you’re filming these videos
