Cool. You do some excellent things with the midi FX. I don’t think a lot of Logic users know how powerful these tools can be, but you’re doing an excellent job of demonstrating the potential. Inspiring 😁
What a fantastic way to create some music, yet again, something I knew nothing about and so useful, can’t thank you enough Josh for all your hard work in getting us to a new level with Logic.
Thanks so much. Every time I see a new module (video) of yours, I think what an incredible piece of software Logic is. (Well, maybe all the other DAWs as well, but I never used another one). This topic will take me a lot of time to learn it. Thanks a lot.
So awesome you did this man I was excited to watch this after you said you were going to cover the idea! Thank you, it’s actually even better than I imagined it could be 🎉 can’t wait to apply this to some house music 🕺🪩
In this video, I demonstrate the following: 1. How to use the Chord Trigger and Arpeggiator MIDI FX together to create rhythmic chord patterns. 2. How to build and drag & drop MIDI chord patterns from Arpeggiator. 3. How to build and drag & drop MIDI bass patterns from Arpeggiator. For some reason when I opened the project in logic the Arpeggiator wouldn't trigger live. I kept turning latch on and off. Moving times around and it only triggered on playback.
