to sum up: Biconditional operator p q it's a conjunction between p->q & q->p the statement is true if and only if both of p and q are equivalent (both are true or false) pq means p is necessary and sufficient for q and vice versa.. necessary ( p=false then q=false for sure) sufficient ( p=true then q=true for sure)

Can anyone please answer this question for me? I'm really confused! Q. For an implication "p implies q", if "q" becomes hypothesis and "p" becomes conclusion, then it is ____ of the given implication "p implies q".
@rajeshprajapati6662
@rajeshprajapati6662 Год назад
Answer should be "Converse" because P->Q [Implication which is given] then it is said that q is hypothesis and p is conclusion. So, it becomes Q->P. Right ? So, Q->P is converse of of Implication P->Q. Isn't that so ?

No it's not. Because it also says conversely ! That means reverse is also true. And if you see the problem is not to find which are bi conditional prepositions but it's to convert them into bi conditional .
