I originally had a well-known brand stick for MSFS 2020 (mainly) but it had a "flutter" in the twist rudder that a lot of other users reported the same issue. It eventually was replaced under warranty but the replacement did the same thing. After much frustration I got the cheaper Extreme 3D Pro and I absolutely love it! Ability in MSFS to assign combination buttons to a function (example - I have button 7 & 2 mapped to do the "pushback" function) gets around smaller number of buttons, and it is a rock solid performer. Secure no-slip base, feels good. Very satisfied! Great video review!
I bought mine for $8 today. Fully disassembled it and done cleaning + greased the plastic part that moves. It's my first joystick sso i have to go buy flight sim now haha
The Logitech G Extreme 3D pro is now very old. Are there new devices now that are at the same level? If these things were budget back then, there must be better budget devices that are better now, right?
I have this joystick and I like it but recently the twist function is moving on its own I play SWG Legends and twisting the joystick rotates your ship in space but it is rotating by itself
According to logitech, it is not compatible with windows 11, but it is possible to make it work after installing the Logitech G Hub to recognize the driver, download the driver from the windows 10 version. Then update manually through Device Manager.
@@JSW33T really? care to share what driver did you install? coz on logitech website there is driver for windows 11. tried windows 10 driver but windows 11 didn't recognize.
So yeah how did you get this working on Win 11? I would say it is a con that Logitech doesn't support this in Win 11 environment and it is a pain in the ass to find the driver and get it working. I have seen a couple videos but still cannot get this to work right....definitely one huge con for me.
