I got my Logitech G102 in 2017 and I've been using it till this date. I've dropped it countless times and other mice start degrading after being used this much almost every day but I still haven't had a single problem with it. Would recommend for those on a budget.
@@Optimtimistic-47 my g102 stop working just a few days ago i bought it during august 2021 the problem is it keeps disconnecting or just doesnt connect at all but i think changing the cable should fix the prob i will update u once i changes the cable
idk about that if you handle the g102 like that for years it will surely break, first time I used g102 it was nice and it's light but after 4 months of dropping it and playing fps games it started to double click after 4 months
@@immanuelsimon8942 u probally hold the mouse from the cable and fling is which made it weaker connection But I hope you still have a warranty and can fix it for free
I don't recommend Logitech G102 Lightsync. Even though it feels very solid and works great initially, it breaks just after a few months of usage. I bought a Logitech G102 Lightsync and had to RMA it 2 times in 1 year due to the scroll wheel registering incorrect direction after just a few months of usage. All 3 mice had this same issue pop up after ~4 months. The shop eventually returned my money since I guess they realized there is no point in continuing replacing what is essentially a factory defective mouse.
I also have g102 and the biggest issue is the double click even when buying i saw so many reviews about double click issue , i just ordered razer essential
.I think it depends on ur handsize. If you struggle to hold onto basic sized mouses then this might be for you. It is too big for my hands which caused strands.
Just so you know Deathadder Essential has better click response, better tracking but less dpi options and it also is more comfotable. I just lacks rgb. If you have small hand then logitech is better but deathadder essential is only 999 on elite hubs (lowest anywhere) and g102 is 1500 on most sites so you should only buy g102 if you have small hands or you like rgb, but in terms of performance, comfortability and price deathadder essential claps. Deathadder essential has 220 ips tracking and 30g acceleration, meanwhile g102 has 200ips tracking and 25g accleration (FYI).
I have the razer mouse, i dont recommend it as the build wuality is cheap not only that the mouse is just too big its hard to grip for gaming and the front side button is hard to reach for me because of my mouse grip. ive had a much better razer mouse than this but by far this is the worst mouse i had
@@leeeomeesiHello man, should I look for the Prodigy old version? It have good sensor than Light sync but I'm scared since it's old version it might have double click problems?
as someone who owns both, i can say that its only up to you which one you want, in gaming wise, both are amazing and perform very well. The only factor u might want to consider is the shape. Which one fits you the best.
don't buy the razer essential in the first week of buying it I discovered that the mouse wheel became lose and then after a while it started skipping scrolls, I found out on multiple sites that the razer mouse essential is known for that problem so be wary. after seeing the Logitech feedback I think it's so much better and durable.
I am having razer death adder essential but if you play some kind of shooter games its not the best option because its too heavy so u will recommend g102 as a better mouse
@@deeleak4478 well i did wanna too but i went a bit over budget for g304 and well ill say this totally worth it no doubleclick scroll anything issue and stufffff
I had the razer for almost 2 years now. Its comfortable to use but still unsatisfy with the performance. Very bad for gaming especially the clicks. Feels like sand clicking. I dont know how to explain 🤣. Logitech has better clicks if playing RPG game like CSGO and etc. Just ordered the logitech during promo for $14
if u are a fortnite gamer or buying mouse for fast paced fps games then i would not recommend logitech g102. its mouse skates worn out easily and new ones in amazon does cost the money of a new mouse for me
I have a deathadder essential but after using it for 3+ months I got the scroll wheel issue where it jitters when scrolling but my school friend gifted me an g102 and I am using the g102.
Great video .... The only criticism being ..... Your video isn't snappy ( fast ) ..... Your video is good ( dont worry ) ........ I just found the need to set it to 2x speed and sometimes skip 10 seconds .
Deathadder Essential have braided cable, G102 have multiclick issues and you can link your profile individually with the application in G-Hub as well............that video is pure comedy.
