Thanks for the great review Karl and yes, the wheels do come in different prices depending on the options you choose. The screen is indeed capacitive but you are right in that it takes a bit of time for when you enter the setup and when you switch between the different layouts. This is because to enter setup the Display has to switch its wifi mode as well into Access Point mode so you can then conifgure it using your phone/tablet/pc. The other time consuming operation is the change of the layout from F1/GT and Rallye - thats because we basically have to dump the whole memory contents and rewrite it with the newly selected layout. But once thats done, flipping through the different layout screens, adjusting the screen brightness or LED Revbar brightness, all works speedy and as intended. If this was simply a HDMI/USBC screen using Simhub, then this would be cheaper and easier to do but we made the PCB ourselves with an ESP32 chip so that it could work on consoles as well. No other display on the market can do that wirelessly. All that said, we have also written our own Simhub plugin so you can map all functions onto buttons on your wheel/buttonbox/keyboard.

Just wanted to say @Karl Gosling thanks for the idea for the cork and 50p. I also did the same thing with my clutch pedal with a combination of 2p x cork x £2 coin. I also have the F1 Hamilton wheel and it really transforms my G 29's look and appearance. I too have the telemetry and did wonder why the response was so slow to touch. I found the cable too short so I purchased a metre one. 6 magnet shifter definitely better.

I have no regrets with mine. Went with a McLaren one, the stickers are still perfectly stuck down after months and months of use, and it adds an extra level of realism to our f1 nights. Considerable cheaper than any kind of upgrade over a g920 wheel

@@808GT Oh really! Why was is it so horribly slow to respond, slow CPU? I see it did actually register my first input on the cog for setup but swapping between display layouts was terrible.

@shredded yeat, I have the acelith L style(lambo)and the F27(mclaren 27 cm) for my g923 and the mvh F1 S and just ordered the mvh mclaren. The acelith L style is so Nice, comfort, size (30 CM ) wise. For me a size of 30 cm is the Best overall. Mvh got Nice thick grips vs acelith, Also a plus When you Got big hands😂

@@KarlGosling such a thing doesn't appear to be available on their site bar the magnetic shift paddle add-on EDIT: I contacted the company and they dont have any wheels that are compatible with the g27

Evo is poor, I've not used the NLR F-GT but the GT Omega Titan is a great cockpit for the money.... ADX oh dear! lol

@@KarlGosling sorry I meant the Omega ART Vs the NLR F-GT. I'm looking at those two and struggling to decide as I'm able to get both at exactly the same price

You need a round wheel for Dirt Rally so would be no use mate.
