Con for me is that you cannot adjust the tilt of your devices in the tray. Sometimes, the lighting conditions require a different tilt, but that is not possible without doing some kind of improvising. And who says the tilt they have imposed is optimal? It would have been very easy for them to add an adjustment mechanism, and for the price of this keyboard, it really seems like it should already have been included. I do love the 3 device selector, though. It is boss!
Jim Watt lol I agree! The tilt would have been bonus for sure! On top of being able to add 3 devices, the extra bonus to that, those 3 devices can be from 3 different operating systems. This thing works with everything, and that’s what I loved.
Isn't it the BEST! I love mine! The 3 key function that allows you to switch between devices is game changing. And I love the way the keys dent in. Make it so easy to type. 😜👍
Another great review of what looks like a great product! At home my wife is always borrowing my monitor keyboard/mouse for her work laptop when she's working at home. As I have USB devices, I always find them unplugged and have to reach over and plug them back into the desktop. Something like this would be great for her. I especially like the easy switch between devices.

Lol This keyboard is super nice and the easy switch function between one device to another device for me is a game changer. The fact that it's Bluetooth and it comes with a dongle as well incase your devices are not Bluetooth is a definite bonus. Definitely a keyboard that I will be using for a long time.
Setup looks good. I like the setup that unbox therapy uses. Plainish grey background, a desk and him. Keeping it simple. I also like daily crypto who uses a greenscreen setup and has pretty backgrounds moving in the background. You probably don't need that because it detracts from your product

Okay, just purchased it from Amazon Prime UK at half RRP (£38.99). It seems like I have bagged a bargain but I won't know until I start using it. I have purchased this to go with my new desk set up (coming soon). Fingers crossed eh!
Also, there is a power switch on the right hand side of the keyboard where you can turn the keyboard on or off. Leaving it on constantly will give you up to 2 years battery life BUT if you turn it off you could extend the battery life of the keyboard EVEN LONGER. 👍🏼
Which key on k780 to hit to send text message on the phone? I hit enter key, but doesn't work. I have to touch send button on the phone everytime sending text message. Thanks much.
I have a couple of cons. You can't turn off a TV with the keyboard. No mouse pad. I personally don't want a two piece controller for the tv or tv box. Please correct me if the keyboard has a air mouse or ability to turn on and off the TV.
I know of a lot of shortcuts that this keyboard has but I'm not aware of the power on/off shortcut for a television or an air mouse that goes with this keyboard. I would say not, but to confirm you can always contact Logitech support and they will definitely be able to answer any questions.
i like the aaa battery design. you can get rechargables or maybe lithiums. rechargables if you dont really have a lot of money to spend on batteries and lithiums if you dont want to change the batteries often.
You don’t even need to do all of that. I have had the same batteries in this keyboard since I got it almost 2 years ago and it is still running perfectly. If you really want to get more use out of your batteries you could always turn the keyboard off with the on off switch on the side of it. I have never done that and I am still going on almost 2 years with the same batteries. This is by far the best keyboard I’ve ever had.
@@OndaWire i had a k480 and it was nice but it lacked 1 thing. illuminated keys. sometimes i dont have the luxury of turning on the light. i use a tablet as my main computer. i use it everywhere. in my bedroom on the bed, on a desk wherever. sometimes i need to illuminate the keys to type. i have a zagg limitless now. it lacks 1 thing i want. changeable batteries such as aaa. ive been using it for almost a month now havent recharged it yet. if the battery dips down to lower than 3 light flashes im going to charge it that night while i sleep.
That took this keyboard over the edge for me. On the box it says 2 years of battery life with just 2 AAA batteries. It actually comes with the batteries. Lol There is a switch to turn the keyboard on and off on the side but the Box not the instructions say you have to turn it off. Guess it's preference.
Con 1: It doesn't work with PlayStation 4 or basically anything that isn't a computer, phone or tablet. Doesn't work with my smart TV, doesn't work with Apple TV. Too many to mention. Con 2: The dongle is useless since it needs software to function, only available for Mac or PC so who has a Mac or PC that doesn't already have Bluetooth anyways?
That’s super odd, because mine works perfectly with my LG 65 inch TV and my Android TV box. I have all three of my buttons programmed to: 1. MacBook 2. iPhone 3. LG 65 inch television. All three work flawlessly so that again, is super odd 🤔

That's a great question because it made me put some work into answering it. LOL so I pulled out my bookbag and it easily slides into my book bag and I also measured it for you and it is 15" long and 6" wide 🤯😜👍
That’s a great point! This keyboard DOES have that, which makes even that much better! I love this keyboard. Home is in the #7 key and end is on the #1 key.
Is this keyboard compatible with Windows 7. I use my PC mainly for image processing and the odd visit to social media and don't have a need for Bluetooth. Is this okay?
100% agree. That would have been super nice. They said their focus was to eliminate the backlight to really focus on the two years of battery life with the keyboard
So what's the idle lag time on this thing? Tried other wireless keyboards that uses 10 seconds to wake up after idling, that is supposed to save battery power but I would rather save time.
Does this one type soft? I am looking for one that can make me type a book for hours ;) i also sAw one from Logitech. K380. Looks the same as this one. But i wonder if this one types better?
OndaWire :) and do you also know the k480? That is a smaller version of this one but you can also put your tablet in it. But the price is 48 euro And the other one 104 euro. Of the type the same its Good enough for me. But If the more expensive one types better i offcourse will buy that one :)
Tasha Bella Yes I am familiar with the K480. The big difference between the 2 is the K480 has a dial to switch between devices where the K780 has a 1,2,3 button to switch between devices. The other big difference is the size. The K480 is shorter and wider where the K780 is longer but definitely much slimmer. Both keyboards are going to be the same as far as functionality and typing. The k780 by far is a much more popular device but again if size is important, then the K480 would be your way to go. 🤓👍🏼
Hi and great question. The box says it will work with Android, iOS, Linux, Ubuntu and Windows. I definitely know it works on Samsung Galaxy devices so I am pretty sure it should work on the tablet. Hope that helps 😜👍

i would say so after seeing this, see i have pull out thing on my desk and it fell as so did my keyboard and mouse and the keyboard got hung and pulled on my pc so i need wireless because its *VERY NICE!!*
I am left-handed and it is so hard to find a left-handed mouse. No the mouse I’m using in this review is a right handed mouse but I use it because it has buttons on both sides making it really easy to control. 😜👍🏼

This cheap plastic garbage keyboard and mouse its has so much delays like you are working from a VPN, also the detecting devices is hell on it. I will return the item do not buy.
Everyone has a different experience but I can tell you that I have had zero experience to the things your saying and this keyboard has been a number one seller on Amazon and Best Buy for a reason. Maybe you just got a bad one? Have you tried using the dongle instead of Bluetooth? As far as the mouse, I don’t know what mouse you’re using bc this keyboard doesn’t come with one.
@@OndaWire I'm sorry to tell you my feeling and loss of time with this device, but how can a Bluetooth's signal device be so fast enough for a keyboard as Bluetooth technology is not yet that strong to handle fast typing signals.
I love the comments. I do agree with you that either if you are using a keyboard or a mouse the strongest and fastest signal you are going to get is when it has a cord. You are right that Bluetooth technology is not 100% but again with this particular keyboard I have not had any issues that were noticeable enough that I would say this keyboard is trash. I absolutely love this keyboard. There is not another keyboard out on the market that allows you to control three different devices with three different operating systems.
