Thanks for the video. I agree that the Magic mouse is not (by far) the best of Apple products ! For me, one of the best compromises is the Logitech Lift mouse... very good quality, good functionalities and it even exists for left-handed people.

I have heard of the lift but not checked it out yet... I'll pick one up and see what I think.

I'm not a mouse snob,, and I surely will never be caught using those massive, "ergonomic" (use of quotes is meant to mock its excuse for being ridiculous looking), robot-looking mice that resemble a half moon protruding from a desk. I know I know, before I get crucified in the comments, there are a laundry list of advantages to using one, and, truthfully, I have yet to meet a person who owns one and doesn't feel the need to explain to me for 5-10 minutes why it's the best thing that has ever happened to them when I simply ask - "so, do you like that mouse".... I really feel it's meant to justify it's daring aesthetic, to be generous, and their decision to be one of those people - OK, where was I...yeah, me not being a mouse snob, however, quite willing to type out a paragraph about my general disdain for owners of a certain type....also, I am a Mac user...well, you could say Apple user, as that is important to distinguish, because naturally, while there are levels to the fandom, I am somewhere in the middle, it's universally known that their products work seamlessly with one another, and not so seamlessly with other manufacturers (same is usually true with non-Apple accessories being used on Apple devices), however, I am not a fan of the magic mouse shape, find its feature set to be overkill and couldn't justify the price point, given I have spent all my money already on this generous set-up - 12 Pro Max (yawn, but in pacific blue, she is pretty and works flawlessly), Series 3 (I'm not 95, do not need a fall monitor, nor am I planning to scale Mount Kilimanjaro anytime soon with an Ultra on my skinny wrists), AirPods (3rd gen, now we are building to something), and, drumroll please, a 15 inch M3 MacBook Air in Midnight - she's a day old, they were on sale so it's an early bday gift from Mom, the new coating is great improvement on fingerprint issue from M2 (I know firsthand as I initially got an M2, and switched to the M3 as the sale price made them too close to pass up---glad I did, as other than that cosmetic upgrade, the speed improvement on just casual multi-tasking is pretty noticeable from M2 to M3... I think that's about it.... anyways, final reminder that I am now leaving an Apple ecosystem review on a comparison video between two mice (ADHD, don't you love it....can't live with it, can't live without it....even if you tried...).. but yea, had the Pebble in my Intel Mac days, and liked the ease of switching which the reviewer accurately features as a main advantage...it is very comfortable for long-time use and does not seem to exacerbate the occasionall soreness I sometimes get in my wrist from prolonged use, either due to tennis below or early onset carpel tunnel--both self-diagnosed (I would imagine also for lefties, as it has a balanced design language), and the soft click touch and feel is sublime...not to mention, the scroll wheel is just right, it glides effortlessly across my vegan leather mouse mat (this would be a great time to plug a partnership with General Supply....if I had one)...and I am guessing the battery life is pretty good based on never having to change them once now in over a year... love the BT feature, as well, as the idea of a USB dongle should have died years ago - I say that rather frustratingly as I have a brand new Lenovo keyboard and mouse set ready to gift to my parent's as it was given to me at work and I am in no need of it, and the smart person that I am tested it months ago, and managed to misplace the dongle--which online research will tell you that it is often cheaper to replace the entire mouse and keyboard set (which includes one), than it is to just buy a dongle replacement....sigh.... anyways, this has become rather lengthy and punishable, however, if you made it here, thank you...but this is required: TLDR: One product where the Apple name and logo do not justify the purchase--the Pebble is cheap in price, but that's where that distinction ends--everything else feels just right from a user experience, minimalist and utility perspective... #DrusViewz

What mouse pad do you recommend for the Pebble Mouse? I just purchased one and when I move across the desk or on a thin leather mousepad you can hear the mouse almost scratching the surface. Thanks for the video!

Weird I don’t have that issue on my wood desk. Logitech does have some nice desk mats.

It doesn't matter if it's a G502 X Pro or a budget mouse, any mouse is better than Apple's magic mouse
