About to order this exact setup for the project 72.... I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to use the monster ford cable they supplied from the factory with this Holley sniper. This fits the bill! Your video came up #1 when I was searching for lokar cables. Awesome!

Thank you so much for the video! The clip on the throttle cable was a huge time server. The manual doesn't really say or show and I left the seat and pedal in the car so I couldn't really see it so thank you again!
Thanks a bunch appreciate the video just doing a 4 bbl swap myself and picked up lokar throttle bracket throttle cable and kickdown and will be attempting the same op this weekend
What does the setup look like at the transmission for the kick down? What if any factory parts do you have to leave in place to use the cable assembly?
Kev4PS3 Yes, that is the kickdown on the bottom, which is it's own kit # KD-2727HT. The cable bracket is actually called the spring return bracket part # SRK-4000 and the throttle cable is just their universal 24" cable that you trim to fit.

Nice job. I’m in the middle of this now. You pulled the cable out all the way till it stopped before you cut it and installed it in the carb assembly part right?
As far as I remember, but you need to leave enough extra cable for any adjustment needed. Don't cut it flush with that plastic ferrule that snaps onto the carb.
