Hello Marion, Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry that you were confused about a missing piece. Lokby 8-setting handheld shower head doesn’t include the check valve in a set. The shower was designed in such a way that it is no longer needed. Maybe you have the 8-setting model, and that is the reason it wasn't included. You can contact us directly at support@lokby.pro, and our customer support assistants will do their best to answer all your questions and help you resolve the issue. Hello, Lokby handheld showerhead is equipped with a water flow restrictor that reduces the amount of water that will come out of your showerhead, as required by US law and some local government regulations. If you live in the area with an extremely low pressure or if you’re just really not getting enough flow, you may remove the water flow restrictor. Please keep in mind that you can only do it if you are sure that, after pulling it out, you will still be in compliance with US federal and local regulations. Regards, Kristy Lokby Customer Support
I recommend removing it, it's just so much better (do it at your own risk since it may be a violation of federal law). For legal reasons, this comment is not legal advice.
Hello Levy, Thank you for your question! The red and white circular object on the video is a plumber's tape. You may need it when the Lokby handheld shower head with hose is installed. The plumber's tape is used to prevent leaks around the threads. It also helps the shower head stay in place while you shower. Just wrap it around the thread connections for 2-3 rounds and press tightly. Regards, Kristy Lokby Customer Support
