What I don't get is Are Tobey , Andre and Tom's Spider man variants of each other's like these Lokis ? By variant mean the same being from Another universe or from the same universe but different realities? Can any explain plzz?
Yes exactly. They are all Peter Parker from different universes. Just like in the show Loki, in some universes Loki looks the same, in other universes he looks different (or isn't even a "he").
