One party will be a night to remember. 🪩💃🏻Prepare to dance the night away with I.T.H Productions and Warwickshire College Group's #Lola this January 19, 2024.
'Lola' is the story of a troubled daughter named Lola who wants to go to an evening party, but has to look after her younger sister after their mum is called away on a night shift at work. As night falls, Lola goes off to a house party- leaving her sister unguarded. Meanwhile, the party is in full swing and Lola manages to fit in well with the society. That is unfortunately when she unintentionally does some sleuthing and learns some devastating things about one of the guests, certainly making it a night to remember!
Joining the previously announced Fiona Kelly are Darcee Dutton and Lisa Blissitt as Lola's family members. Matthew Grist plays Lola's love interest; Mitch and the cast also includes the talents of Connie Roath, Layler Timbs, Zoe Thacker, Matthew Flanagan and Hikaru Shinagawa.
Directed by Elliot K.W. (producer “TUGS: A Bigg Retrospective”), produced by Louisa Coller (“The Aspiring Artist”) and featuring a score by award-winning composer Robert Hartshorne (“Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure" and "Martin Clunes: Last Lemur Standing") and composer Peter Hartshorne ("Thomas & Friends: The Adventure Begins" and "Tropic of Capricorn"), “Lola” opens only on RU-vid on January 19, 2024.
The film will feature a score composed by award-winning composer Robert Hartshorne and co-composed by Peter Hartshorne. Robert and Peter have a long history in the music industry; they won the Evcom Screen Awards GOLD Award for the original score in “Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure.” Their other film credits include “Misty Island Rescue,” “Day of the Diesels,” “Blue Mountain Mystery,” “King of the Railway,” “Tale of the Brave” and “Andrew Marr's History of the World,” among others.
'Lola' is produced by Louisa Coller ("The Aspiring Artist").
