Wow 😳!! Best RU-vid video of the year 2017 in my opinion!!👍🏼👍🏼 One word Zeeeaaaaahh!!!!! Maybe 2 Braaaaaaap!! Bro this video has it all !!! Real RCs with Real Engines!!! It has Friends and Family! It has real life events that can happen and it shows that when there things break or if accidents happen don't bitch just fix or repair to keep going! Don't look back but forward! It shows people using real tools working with there hands even if they have to work on there knees something that the majority of this new generation is lacking nowadays. Thanks for this Great video ! Everyone's RCs there are Bad ass!!
Thanks mate!, yeah it was a fun day out. amazing rigs everywhere!... and the hammer def had some good battles. it was all dirty though! :( Look forward to seeing your new dragon hammer v2.5 up close. looks incredible!
hahahahah! yeah... its sold mate. To one of the guys in the group who really enjoyed it that day, and drove it hard!, probably harder than i ever did in that 1 day! Thats part of the reason it went, i spent too long looking at it rather than using it! I do miss it in ways as it just looks and feels so dam good... and i still feel its great quality for the £. Partly though it was just to try something new, and thats what i like to do. it had to go to allow for a new car and a new project...;)
Michaelhorting NevaehLEEcole indeed. These big bore cars are on another level. But the motors do cost big money. I have since getting involved in this group got my own alx engine. Initially a 48 then I upgraded to 71 but now changed to his new s50 as I was concerned about the 71 killing my drive train! All fun and games. To be fair mate a good std 1/5 is big fun. U don’t need a big bore for laughs. My favourite car at the moment is my losi 5b with std zenoah 29cc😆
Hi mate. i'll do a vid on my 5b soon. all i have done so far is hole up the body a fair bit, hoping to get some of that exhaust heat out. I have also made up a heat shield which goes behind the pull start between it and the exhaust to try to stop it sucking hot air from that area and pushing it over the already hot engine, but instead sucking in cooler area coming in from the front... A cpl of guys in the group have made a metal "chimney" which goes over the pull start. it forces it to suck cool air from above the body instead of from where it is sitting behind the engine, squashed up next to the tuned pipe. they seem very happy with the way its working and 1 of them is trying to 3d print something i believe. The general idea is making the engine/fan/pull start suck in cold air and then have a way to direct hot air off the engine out of the body... there is a grafil ( I think) engine head part that there is for that already which basically goes round the head and then directs air up and out of the side... mine has the zen 290 4 body stock engine in. it wasn't in the video though. cheers
