we all need a shadi bakery near us, the last time someone uploaded a video on these guys they were using a tandoori oven, they have upgraded but kept the same price 3 nans 1 pound, with food costs ever increasing these little gems need backing.

Frankly these are neither Kulchas, nor Naan, these are "Khamiri Rooti" at base level, and then he is adding different sorts of toppings. Khamiri Rootis are not anything less than Naan or Kulchas but they are a different specimen of bread. like Children from a same mother, they have individual names and individual identities.

Long time subscriber here from the US. Have been following the hindu attacks in the UK. Wondering if you felt any discomfort going into a Islamic area or is it just hyped up by the media?
Thank you, it's always nice to get a comment from a long time viewer. The attacks really are terrible & unnecessary... I went to Whitechapel (with a predominately Muslim population) last week to record a video, I genuinely did not feel any discomfort in the restaurant or the area, in fact I was warmly welcomed by the restaurant staff & customers.
Impressive. But 200 kulchas is an exaggeration. He seems to take between 8-12 seconds for 1, which is about 6 kulchas a minute. that means 90 in 15 minutes. Far below 200, but still impressive.
If you watch it with the time, it actually is 4-5 seconds when he starts each dough ball and before he starts the next one. You can listen for it. That's if he's on a complete roll with no interruptions.
