Let me take you to a guided walk in London's oldest and historic street, Fleet Street. It runs west to east from Temple Bar - the boundary, with the city of Westminster to the city of London. The street has been an important thoroughfare since the Roman times. It has 2 oldest church of London, Temple Church and St Brides Church - where you can even find an original Roman pavement. From the 16th century most British newspapers operated from here. The street is mentioned in several works by Charles Dickens and is the home of the fictional murderer Sweeney Todd.
This walk won't be complete without visiting iconic British pub, so we went to a couple. One atmospheric and one an old pub dating back to the 15th C.
I hope you have fun with this walk..
