Such a long flight in a 17" seat I flew once from this same route with AI. It was very cramped in economy I fly with the Gulf airlines now,,on this route
I came from Colombo to London via delhi last week both flights are very bad no single entertainments and AC Not working properly very bad experience in my travels
Unfortunately a lot of time is needed for Air India's product to even rival the best (Virgin Atlantic) specially with the ancient interiors that need to be removed ASAP. One of if not the biggest attributes are the in-flight entertainment systems of Air India which I get in older aircrafts such as the 777's (still need replacing) but should have never been installed in the dreamline. Wouldnt even be surprised if they took them from an older aircraft.. All this nreally needs changing
