Hi Mark, The Ampersand, or &. Was actually once part of the alphabet as the last letter. When reciting the alphabet after z, it was "and per se" (meaning on its own) "and" and that's where the word comes from 👍
I understand your frustration on protest marches. The same with marathon( I have done 5) and other running competitions. 66 years old and start every morning with 1 hour workout so no serious health issues. 😊

Mark love your program on RU-vid,I was a green badge driver in London and the suburbs for about 43 years but lost my License at the age of 65 about 13 years ago,over an eye test ,so coming with you on your trips is very consoling.are you not allowed to use Hyde park from Park Lane into Edinburgh Gate .Anyway keep them videos coming you have a very nice nature,well suited to the job.good luck.Mike.
Hi Mark, love the channel! Was wondering if you would consider uploading in Full HD or higher? The main difficulty with 720p I find is that the sped-up parts of the video with lots of greenery become super grainy (e.g., 03:10 06:55). Otherwise love the content - thanks for uploading!
Mark , a Suggestion .. Have you considered getting 'Varifocal' Glasses ? ... They are Brilliant, saves taking one pair Off/ On .. I used them whilst Pushing, wish i knew about them sooner ! ( One Pair, but you will be able to see Close-Up and Distance in same lens )
The ones I wear in the videos are just for short sighted, but I’ll take a look at that option for sure! The most important thing is the driving which I’m fine without really. Thanks for watching!
@@Markstaxidiaries Surely your 'Long Sighted', if you cannot see close .. anyway Varifocal is the way forward ... I pushed for my last 10 years wearing 'Varifocal', BEST thing i ever did, no more Glasses on and OFF every minute .. now just a distant memory ..Incidentally , When i went for my Eye Test, Optician said ' Come with me to the Window' .. he said 'Whats that up there'? ..I said 'The Sun' ... he said 'How much further do you want to see ( Cab Driver joke im afraid, ..Glad im out the Game now ! )

Before u take statins try low carb diet. See another doctor. We eat too much carbs these days especially having sedentary lifestyles. Exercise is good but good eating habits far more important.
