Chris takes you on a tour, from Tower Hill to St. Paul's Cathedral, exploring the layers of architectural history, from Roman origins, to the site of the Great Fire of London, to present-day, funky, hi-tech architecture - featuring guest appearances from: Christopher Wren, Samuel Pepys and Jack the Ripper.
Walk highlights: the Roman Wall; The Monument to the Great Fire of London; Leadenhall Market and the Roman Forum; The Gherkin, The Lloyd's Building and the Cheesgrater; The Roman Amphitheatre; and St. Paul's Cathedral.

As well as working for a number of high-profile architectural practices in the city, he has spent over 15 years teaching the History of Architecture in London. Chris particularly enjoys giving guided tours and exploring the many layers of London's architectural history from its Roman origins to present day hi-tech architecture.
