Hey man, I’ve recently just found your channel by recommendations and I just want to say you are truly an inspiring and uplifting individual. The fact you can openly talk about your problems and be blunt about is incredibly brave, I could not imagine being in your shoes with everything that has happened in your life such as your depression, and health issues. You have a genuinely caring, kind, thoughtful personality and heart that I haven’t seen in a person in a few years. Dealing with depression can be really hard, and as someone who’ve had it, it can feel that whatever happens, everything sucks. It makes you twist things to seem bad, and focus on what’s always worse. Moreover, it can make you obsess over mistakes in the past, and feel that you aren’t worthy of affection, or allowed to be angry about anything, or even allowed to have a good life. I’ve found that, through the worst times personally and professionally, one of the best things that helps is friends. Life is a lot better when you have even just one person who’s by your side, and being able to hang out with people, even just a bit, can make a huge difference. True friends are priceless. Glad to see that you’re doing good Rockers, you’re one of the best streamers I know, and you’re brave for being able to talk about this topic. Dealing with negative thoughts is always tough, and it’s great how you’re able to handle them with maturity and through channeling your creativity. Suppose I'd be me. Try to help em by just sitting down and just bs with them. For yall it's gunna be harder to be there but I'd just go bowling with em or just give them time n all, show u give a shit.
