Too much BS at the truck stops , I agree with you. Very nice Freightliner , LoneStar , I'll have to check it out. I watch your channel, The Boston Trucker , Supertrucker Dan and his Dorsey trailer , Chad , Tim , James Pretty , Only4Trucks , Used to watch Heavy Haul Nation and a few others that no longer show up. I agree with you on the data mining, but the problem you have is if you're using a debit or credit card while fueling, they're already data mining that data, even though the banks say they don't, its the banks who are doing the majority of the data mining. But with the channel, you and Chris are going to take this channel to a whole nother level, best of luck to you for the future Brother. 🇬🇧

Yeah, I go in that truck. Stop every now and then, not very often. I'm always right at 80000 pounds. And I have a automatic. It makes me think when I'm leaving that truck stop. You gotta try it in the middle of a night. It's really, really, really tight.

First 9 RU-vid channels I watch and follow has something due with trucking. Some were subjections but I was already following them. The other channels I have watched have to do other interests like traveling destinations. There are 6 USA trucking, 3 Australian trucking, 3 Canadian trucking, and 1 United Kingdom trucking channels I watch. In total roughly totaling about 25 channels I watch.

I used to be a truck driver and am, insanely?, looking to get back into it. I drove from 1994 until 2006, drove a good number of those FLD's. RU-vid trucking channels have come and gone and the first I remember watching was Allie Knight. Trucker Josh VLOGS is one I've been watching for quite some time. Perhaps my all time favorite for the entertainment factor, is Riding With Dave, but he has moved on from trucking. Others I watch on the regular, Colton Ignoffo, Trucking Together, The Joy of Trucking, Running OTR, Roger Wood vlogs, Vez on the road, 210 Truckiinn, Trucking the Seven Seas, Long Haul John, Jennifer's Trucking Adventures, Trucking Impossible, and Trucking with Rex. Each one has their own take and is entertaining enough to keep me interested.

37:39 let us know if lone star changes up that channel... I got to check on his stuff. I have a handful of ytube I watch like people go to church. Cleetus and Goonzquad I always skip adds, they got enough $$$. Then there's Taylor Ray, I like his drifting content and all around projects. And I make sure that I'm all caught up on FSC before I go to It's History with Ryan Socash or That Cherrnobal Guy maybe some diesel bros.

I follow Trucking with Schmidt. Never really any drama and he seems to be a good family man, and his companion Opie is a beautiful dog. I check in on Justtruckin occasionally, mostly to see his wife in a bikini. 🙂 I don't know how he manages to support all of his toys and recreational activities, but more power to him. Gentry and sons is an enigma. Tim seems to change business plans every time he puts out a video. And of course, I follow this channel.

Steve, any truck stop that requires a loyalty card for service is a drive by situation as far as I'm concerned. The same applies to amy merchants who try the same lurk! Loyalty cards are an option in my opinion!

The first couple of years of driving for a company in Massachusetts this was the first truck I drove for them. Was older than this FLD. I think that one was a 1997 FLD that was black. It also had gold and red stripes. It eventually got disassembled to build a couple of Columbia gliders. 😮😢

What Jesse uses for windshield washer fluid is actually Windex and it works excellent. We use it in all of our personal vehicles. We are almost in Phoenix Arizona. A very very good friend's of ours has been wanting us to come down to hang out. Lucky we found a good paying load. Jesse was like holy $#@_ seeing the dash disambled. He's driving for a hour then it's 💤💤💤. My grandma rode back with my oldest son and his friend. There heading to Iowa now and they are going to get a load hopefully to either to Oklahoma or Texas. I just realized that the video you posted about a year ago or more (Enjoy The Show Boy's My Voice) I was like that was an old video and I watched it and I didn't see us. I don't talk on the CB anymore cause guy's hears ladies talking they are like (Not good) we use walkie talkies if we are running load's together with our driver's. One of our driver's has the exact same truck. And his is very very customized inside and outside. He likes the bass music and we like the high music (like if you are in a concert)

Trucking with Schmidt, Life On 18 Wheels, Lucky Banana Heavy Haul, Gentry & Sons Trucking, and your channel. I am a retired OTR 70yr young and I kind of miss being on the road, but glad it is not in today's climate of trucking. The crap you guy's have to go through is BS. DEF? and Fuel? back in my day .14 cent a gallon and some locations it was as low as 11.2 cent a gallon, ELD? good grief.

Data mining has its pluses and minuses. Yes, your info is sold to other companies that contact you with advertising promotions. There could be discount offers you would want to take advantage of, like food or parts for your vehicles. It's up to you if you always want to pay full price in return for nobody having your info.

Stupid question but how come some trucks have to stop at the weigh stations and some don't. How do you know if you can bypass it or have to stop.

You have a transponder in the windshield that sends data to the weigh station as you approach. You then get a signal if they want you to pull in or bypass. Not all trucks have the transponders. It's a subscription type plan you have to pay for.

I rode in a few FLD120s when they were one of the big fleet trucks. Now someone is restoring one to be unique. Maybe next a restored, custom, Kenworth T600?

I hate "loyalty cards" all I see is that they can seel at the lower price if they would. I don't use them or buy from places that do if I have a choice. I have about 8 or 10 U tubers I watch most of what they put out, I like shows from !5 min. to about 1 hour. there are very few I will watch that reguarly run close to 1 &1/2 hour or more. Yours is the only trucking show I watch but most are automotive, and that is what hooked me on yours.

I miss the old FLD Freightliner trucks. They handled well, better than the newer Cascadias, which seem to want to pull one way or the other. Don't even get me started on the stupid adaptive cruise control, that wants to freak out under every other overpass, or wants to cut out when you are passing another vehicle in a left curve.

Seeing someone out on the road making money so they can realize the dream they envision is some really inspirational events we all need to see in times where everything is bad news. What really inspires me is when I see someone like Ranger driving the truck as a motivation to do the best he can for his family who obviously are a trucking generation passed down and what's awesome is he's local here to Houston so I'll go give him a look!

Remember that every time you say "there oughta be a law" what you're really saying is "I want to send armed men to force you to do this." If Chris is smart he'll ignore you, use a wire/flap/scotchbrite wheel for the majority of the frame and save the needle scaler for the stubborn areas.

Total BS for a membership card just to purchase fuel if you ask me. It's almost everywhere too. Oh, you can save money, blah blah blah, as the prices are a bit higher to offset the member card so called discount. I could save money if the prices were lower and gift another $50 to you for OJ and egg cups! 🤔 I like the update splice-in on this video. 🤘 Yes, definitely talk to his hook up. Those seats for 700! Makes you wonder what you could find. Channels I tend to watch: This one of course! OTR Bandit, Dauminique The Dump Truck Driver, Joey Whispers, Trucking With Schmidt, Gentry and Sons, Ron Pratt with Midwest Truck, Wicked Intent Semi, and Lucky Banana Heavy Haul. Must go see Wicked Intent Semi... just wow! It's a bit too much for me, but it's still a bad ass custom job.

Man i drive a POS made in Mexico new freightliner and ive had to swap trucks about 5 or 6 times since December because they kept breaking down. The Freightliner FLD or Classics are what i wish i drove!
