I moved outta LB 15 yrs ago. Will never move back, esp the way it is today (2/11/24). But enjoying the video. Lots of memories. Good and bad. Shout out to those from class of ‘79!
I grew up in Long Branch in the 80s and 90s by the time I moved there it was nothing but stupid ass gangs all around nothing to do but get drunk and smoke weed and erase your car down Willow Avenue the windmill was the ship and what was left of the boardwalk back then with wizard worlds arcade back then you still look like shanty town you went down my ex-girlfriend's house you passed a couple of good places that empty vacant lot that used to be a dealership that I worked at you passed the post office that hasn't changed gcp that was the ghetto now it's all condos
Used to be Garfield court and Grant court. The worst part of Long Branch right now is called Pookside. Greens ave is a hot bed for drugs and sea view is rough and smells terrible
@@mozo9678 maybe not as dangerous back then, but def gotten bad since covid. There’s obviously still majority good parts, but there are bubbles of dangerous spots. Look at the recent crime news, they got murders, shootings, cocaine trafficking, teen boys going missing, etc…And that’s just recently😂
