Pier Village is nice. I lived there for about 3 years and I can say it's a tourist trap. The traffic is so bad in the summer you don't even want to bother leaving your own home.

It used to be a great place. Video failed to show recent riots and continued harassment of diners, shoppers and beach goers.

It’s so ghetto there now ! I’m so happy I didn’t buy there
