This needs to be taken very seriously!!! Children can't speak up about it or don't know the difference if they're too young!!! I have been suffering from this for 7 months and counting!!! 😭💔😔😢
It's good clinics are being established but worrying what care will be offered when there is so little knowledge. Important to avoid exercise programmes. The ME Association UK has free downloads on long covid and also on care of children with ME which has many similarities to long covid. Rest and avoidance of exercise, keeping within energy envelope, avoiding boom and bust are essential strategies in any post-viral syndrome.
