I am really glad you have doctors that are offering you treatments, here in the UK that's not the case. Four years in and we struggle on having to cope with debilitating symptoms.

Nattokinase destroys spike protein and blood clots ( by destroying fibrin, the protein that binds clots together). I have used it as a blood thinner for about 5 years as I had a bit of tinnitus and my lower legs were tired and sore in the latter part of the day. I have not noticed any negative effects. Beetroot juice is the best thing for potassium to keep the endothelial soft and prevent hardening of the arteries and thereby make for easy blood flow, especially as we get older.

In the fall of 2020, I had nine weeks of hard Covid but got better for three months. I wish now that I had not taken the vaccine, but three months after my hard covid, I took the first Moderna shot. My body's reaction was terrible. (Other than covid and this vaccine reaction, I've been healthy my entire life. I was 58 years old and am now 61.) I was so concerned about how sick the first shot made me that I asked my doctor if I should forgo the second shot. He basically scoffed at me and insisted that I get the second shot. Again, after the second shot, I got terribly sick. For two years thereafter, I had a dozen symptoms every day. During the third year, I've had about five daily symptoms. The severity of the symptoms comes in waves. Thankfully, I now have more mild days, but the crashes still come. I'm convinced that had I not taken the vaccine, I would not be in this condition. It's sad that the vax conversation gets shut down because it's so political. Our health should not be a political issue.

I have had Long COVID since Nov. 2020. I had tested "critically high" for Covid-19 and I was in the hospital a couple of times with pneumonia and other complications. I was physically fit before getting the virus. I also had 2 Pfizer shots in Mar. 2021. The second shot nearly killed me. I had to leave my job of Industrial Construction. I thought I would get better over time. But, I have gone down hill quickly over the past 6 months. I now have severe dysautonomia, severe orthostatic hypotension, POTS, fibromyalgia, extreme fatigue, post exertion malaise, small fiber neuropathy, atonic bladder, large post void urine retention, I now have to wear a permanent Foley catheter, I have ileus in my intestines, my colon does not move my stool like it should, I have left ventricle failure, the bottom of my lungs are collapsed, and I have several other health problems. Unfortunately, I know of many others like me who have been fighting the virus for 3-4 years now and who are also getting worse. We need answers and help before it is too late.

Thank you Chris for your testimony. I’m in the UK and been struggling with long Covid since July 2022. The doctors are at a loss as to how to treat it. Like you, horrendous fatigue and continuous feeling of not being well- regular headaches too. To be brutal, it’s a living hell; haven’t worked for almost 2 years. Interesting to hear about the micoclotting; maybe that’s my issue but no idea where to get this tested and treated in the UK.

I don't have long covid .I got sick with Postural tachycardia in 2016 after I went to hospital to get kidney stone removal and ended up with a hospital acquired superbug infection . been disabled ever since . post infectious illness are real and they are disabling .I hope they find a cure ..but ....

Hi Chris! Nice to meet you. I also was impacted my long covid. I just started making videos for drs to see the day to day impacts and most importantly, to spur neurogenesis. If you watch, you’ll see how “jumbled” up my words are! The neurological and dysautonomia impacts are impacted my wellbeing the most. It’s so cool meeting others with long covid on here as I am quite isolated during recovery ❤️‍🩹

Know anyone vaccinated with long covid?

This resonates with my experience. I haven't felt back to normal since the beginning of 2023 when I had a booster shot. I'm afflicted with random palpitations and muscle spasms. There were many staple foods in my diet I could no longer stomach such as sinigang. It may have been GERD, because Nexium temporarily treated it. I developed an intolerance to gluten and lactose as well. I put myself on a yogurt (probiotic) and electrolyte beverage diet and saw some improvement. I take multivitamins when I'm fasting and aspirin as an OTC antiplatelet agent.

I was vaccinated and had no effects and was super fit for 2 years after. Straight after getting covid 2 years later i immediatly has long covid symptons and have had it for over 2 years. You may well have a vaccine jnjury but the fact is that people got long covid before the vaccine was developed and generally i have heard doctor's say for long covid is chronic rather than acute. Also being treated with dr laubscher for microclots and have seen improvements.

Questions if you don't mind: (1) did you receive early treatment when you caught COVID? Among our circle of mixed family/friends (injected or not), all had IVM as self-treatment upon first symptoms with no lingering issue. Not a scientific study, just 30+ ppl with diverse age/health etc., so whatever that is worth. (2) Have you tried IVM in your long COVID treatment? IVM has been shown in studies as having a very high binding affinity to spike protein, which is known to directly cause red blood cell clumping. I also have long covid. I got it in March 2020 looong before there were covid vaccines. I'm getting better but still fighting it.

Have they differentiated between the covid strains as to what is the worst out there for long covid? I'm betting it is Delta while all the Omicron strains are near harmless. Either way, the jab is responsible for over 90% of long covid cases and is especially worse if you took them after already having an infection.

I'm so sorry to hear of your condition. Is it a possibility that the damage from constant spike protein obviously still present and being produced, is caused by the vaccine itself, and not the infection?

Im very sorry to hear of your situation. I hadnt heard of being able to look at the clotting in your blood like this, so it was very interesting, as was the finding that latent viruses could be reactivated in the process. Certainly Epstein Barr is a trigger in the majority of ME/CFS cases. I hope you will find more improvement in your condition.
