So he was upset and was going across the street to purchase liquor from the liquor store. There is a video of a woman who videoed him because he almost ran her over, that's how fast he was going. At that light, there was a car in front of him, and because the light was red, he went around that car, lost control, and went into the nail salon. People, not everything is racial.
