@@nofurtherwest3474 dont be afraid to use all your power and hit the ball at the right angle dont run straight on to the ball approach at a 45degree angle and hit the underside if u want it to be high and the middle if u want distance

I'm trying out for my high school team in exactly a week, I know this is a little bit on the late notice side, but is there anything that I should be practicing or working better towards? It's tough to improve much in only one week, and it depends on what the coaches are looking for and what position you're trying for. But coaches often notice the more energetic people in tryouts (assuming you're a field player), so maybe try to improve your fitness just a bit, eat right, and get plenty of rest at night. Don't overdue it, though. You want to be well rested and not be sore for tryouts. Then pick your moments at tryouts to really show your stuff. Good luck!

Hey bro, can you post a video of recieving the ball with head and toe when player shoot an ariel pass above in the zone between goalkeeper and me to score goal and also defenders are marking me close. No1- How will i recieve the ball with head and bring it down to my foot with one touch and keep the ball close to me? No2- How to stretch my leg high to keep close to me in one touch? I thought when you do a long pass you have to learn over the ball not lean to the left. also when using a driven pass does your right foot have to be horizontal or diagonal, e.g. does your foo have to touch the ground when you take the shot. apparently you have your toe not pointing away from the ground, towards the side.
