Ive tried to make normal french fries so many times but they werent good then i found this recipe and my life CHANGED. YOU ALL NEED TO TRY THIS!!! I LOVE THIS have done it many timesssss
These look good but you have to mix some seasoning in there. Potatoes are flavorless on their own. Salt and pepper at the very least then maybe some rosemary or garlic
Did you not actually watch the video? Seriously, flavor _was_ put in there...and there's a dipping sauce, too. I don't know what your definition of "fries" are, but most fries are purely potatoes and salt, possibly with a dig. So, if those aren't considered bland by most people, perhaps it is your expectations that are the issue, not the way these were made.
@Paul Beverage hctib of course I watched the video that's how I know there was no seasoning added. Have you ever heard of seasoned fries dee UMass? People make those because fries with just salt are plain. I bet you think black pepper is spicy. I like my food with flavor in it. Now go back to eating your tater tots casserole and mayonnaise flavored everything.

i did this recipe and it worked but dont add 1 tsp of salt bcuz its like too salty to eat just add salt while u are adding cornstarch and taste it min by min while mixing it plus put it into the freezer for a day to get steady fries
