Runaflex ^^yeah i get it buddy. again, i live in america and whenever i talk to people about their paces when running we refer to them in miles so i didnt even think of kilometers, chill.
only 1% of the population is capable of even running a 15 min 5k let a lone one close to a low 14min !!!!! it's highly unlikely that he is because it would require at least 14 hours of training weekly which most normal people dont have the time for ! Distance running is the hardest sport & requires hard training and dedication, no one is simply born a fast runner, you got to train for it unlike some other sports like football
