Ours classes are conducted in a safe structured learning enviroment so that anyone can learn regardless o age or physical ability. Anyone can learn jiu jitsu. Show up to class and we will take care of the rest.
Not all of us have a access to a academy or training partner, so Prof. Bruno Frazatto of Atos Atlanta BJJ shares 5 solo drills you can practice on your own. These are common warm up that you will do in your begging of every Jiu Jitsu journey, that work the exact same movements while rolling with a partner.
