How are you storing all the bags? Knowing me if they are out of site they will be out of mind. Which is why I'm using vacuum sealed jars for nuts right now.
Right now I have some in stored buckets and some in a tote. Some bulk amounts that I haven’t bagged yet are in half gallon glass jars vacuum sealed. All are stored in the garage for my long term food storage. I do have some freeze dried in jars in my pantry we are rotating through. The nuts I will rotate through sooner as they aren’t a super long term stored food. I try to use them within a year and vacuum sealing is the best way to keep them the freshest possible.
