I was a skater for so many years but I never did this ... pity ... But I just love watching these videos. SO therapeutic you know ... and so beautiful being out in all that scenery . Thank you Josh !
Truly incredible. Both the camera man and the skater should feel tremendous accomplishment. Excellent work! I appreciate being able to see such a legendary performance
Excellence!!! What dreams are made of. To those of you worried about ... Well, whatever it is, it gets surfed. Kinda like slow-motion wingsuit flying, one way or the other, you get to bring the ride to an end. If you need the security of brakes, bikes are great. But this kind of fun is about letting go of worry, discipline of the mind, the magic of the longboard, and the 5-mile stare. Oh yeah, and dry pavement.
This is true skills! Combined with huge balls. I am not really into skate boards, but I am a suscriber here, and once I start a video, I watch it till the end. Love it! Big respect to the skater, the cameraman and everyone else. Cheers from Denmark.
I did short downhill runs back in the 80's, tightened up our trucks really snug to prevent high speed wobbles, but never hit these speeds, usually fell off or had to bail. But never hit these speeds, and never thought to use power-slides to slow us down. We would just slalom back n forth to control speed. This guy is raw tallent and pure guts. He makes it look easy. Class act daredevil 100%.
I absolutely love your videos! You are so inspiring!! I am getting into longboarding as well as getting into RU-vid. I just hope I can get as good as you one day! Cheers bro!
Wow i really fall in love with this road. Such a nice place to have speed without much slope/"elevation gain"' and a great view ahead. I will go half the speed you go(or even less carving and sliding half the way through) but i sure enjoy such a place. Now i want to go there...thinking about how to turn screws for the less wobble chance. Anyway that was awesome and show that longboarding is about control as much as speed(and not taking risk about to know his own skill). Keep the joy and adrenaline high thx for sharing this. I want to go there...knowing some places with such road but narrower and not so long.
