LONGER RAY5 laser engraver has a built-in 3.5 ”touch screen with a friendly user interface. The Longer Ray5 has a built-in controller and no computer required to connect the laser engraver all the time.
This laser has compressed laser point, the size of the point is 0.08 x 0.08mm .The output power of the laser module reaches 5-5.5W.

RAY5 is built with an ESP32 chipset and includes a WIFI connection for the engraver to router. Connection-USB ,SD Card or Wifi
LONGER RAY5 is designed with move protection and thermal protection functions. RAY5 is compatible with engraving software LaserGRBL and LightBurn software. It supports import with BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF, AI, SVG, etc file format.The engraver comes with a power switch to turn the power on or off. The power supply and mainboard support an upgrade to a more powerful 8W / 10W laser module.

Have you tried running the same file from an SD card in the machine? When I do this the machine frames in a different position. I cant understand it.

Try to cover the fire sensor with sticker, if the error continues, the sensor is damaged

CO2 lasers cut plywood because glue in plywood can absorb 10um wavelength light. Glue for blue light is transparen so blue laser have never should be used to cut plywood - instead it can make deep engrave. Again without air nozzle targeted into cut zone fumes/smoke decrease optical power and ash remains in cut zone. Moreover smoke can ditry focusing lens.
