This Longplay includes All 4 endings...! To get the Good ending, you need to collect all Crests and all items Best Ending: Once you get the good ending, there is a password your given that opens up an extra stage and boss, The Dark Demon. When you defeat him, you get the Best Ending. To get the Normal Ending, you need to collect all Crests but not All the Items. Finally to get the bad ending, you need to beat the Game without collecting all the Crests...
Love this game. Visuals, atmosphere, progression, multiple endings, and - the best part - the music is just perfect. It adds the finishing touches, accompanies every scene perfectly, and takes centre stage when needed. Perfect. Wonderful longplay, good job showcasing it!
My guess is because it was "too dark" compared to its predecessors. Nowadays its a plus and its especially helped by the soundtrack and visuals, but back then people may have been off-put by how dark this game is.
I love this game. This was the game that I spent the most in any game but it's one of the best games on the SNES and I'm happy to have this game Complete in Box. It's one of the Rarest SNES games out there but it's definitely worth it though do get it cart only unless you're like me and you only collect Complete in Box.
