Today we dive into the 2021 "Opening Day" which was more an online whisky tasting back in 2021. This one is a Fresh Fresh expression coming in at 50.5% from 5 different vatted rum casks and with a yield of 1025 bottles.

Sounds great. Have a Hazelburn 14 year single cask fresh Rum, tropical fruit bomb. From the days when I could actually get these Campbelltown single casks.

Wow! Sounds interesting. I am a little concerned about a rum cask! I have to be convinced. I am not a big fan of super sweet or rum. It's not something that would normally appeal to me. Terrific review guys! Cheers! 🙂

This bottle hanged around £130 on SWA, the number you will to pay for a bottle enough for few lol i wish springbank fill more longrow into rum cask instead of playing with weird wine cask. And i wonder what kind of rum was age before it filled with longrow distillate. I assume it should be some funky Jamaican rum.
