This is well explained, and I feel it's a really important concept to understand to make progress. What is cool about it is that this concept of guards is not limited to Fiore or 1.33, it works for other systems too.

Hmm, postas/guards are essentially positions we move through while delivering blows with our swords. This is a major part of historical fencing movement 😃 Thanks for explaining this so well, Fede!

wtf is that on the left at 2:16??? I can't even put my hand in tha position! I trued but got a ton of strain in my wrist and forearm before I'd rotated my palm even halfway there! Who taught this man how to draw hands?????
