One of the most exciting draft picks of the year, Lonzo Ball, after being criticized for not being in the best shape expected during his first NBA workout with the Lakers, shows us how he sticks to the same routine he has had growing up as far as his conditioning. Showing us that he is actually putting in work, which consists of running and sprinting on the Chino Hills in the city that raised him, and not just appearing on late night shows with his dad.

drc pharaoh where was the miami heat the 2 years be4 lebron came? first round exits. where was the warriors befor kd? 73-9 and the year be4 that 67-15 with a championship. how did cleveland do the 8 games lebron missed this year 1-7. how did golden state do the 13 games without kd? 13 game win streak

Daniel Turbay the heat won a title before lebron came what's your point ? the warriors didn't win did they ? that's why the needed KD cause they knew theyre was team in the east that beat em they needed someone to replace Harrison Barnes choking ass part of the reason why we lost ? plus I thought 73-9 didn't matter with out a ring but now it does when y'all lose fact of the matter is they both left to win championships ?

Christian Zeijja bro the heat won a title in 06 with a completly different core. got eliminated by boston in the first round the year before lebron came... the warriors went to the finals and went to game 7 the year before kd came

Christian Zeijja the only way what LeBron did would have been similar to what Kevin Durant did is if in 2009 the Miami Heat won the championship and Dwyane Wade won the MVP and then in 2010 the Miami Heat win 73 games and where up down in the Conference Finals to LeBron James 3-1 and came back to beat him and then the next year LeBron James goes and joins Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat

Suns, if the Lakers are wise enough to take Josh Jackson (MY favorite player in this draft, to be honest) instead or trade down with Phoenix for their No. 4 pick and additional assets (their 2018 lottery pick in particular). Lonzo's game actually fits Phoenix's system better than the Lakers and Phoenix KNOWS IT. Only question now is, just how badly do they want to trade up in the draft to get Ball??? If I'm the Lakers, I'd be willing to listen at the very least...
