Double rainbows are somewhat normal. Although both may not be visible from a given point on the ground. Just that rainbows at all in S California are an oddity!
Wow I'm sure all the violent criminals won't rob u now that there is a double rainbow. They will just dance n sing with Leprechauns and search for a pot of gold instead!
