The real disability is that some people can't accept people who are different from what they think this normal,but what is normal really? Because if you think about it, everyone is different in his or her own way and therefore we should no matter who they are the same.
I have schizophrenia, and I’ve struggled with it a lot, but I keep trying. The lyric “It’s not an if, but it’s a when” really stands out for me. I feel like sometimes people like us can forget that being disabled simply means the world isn’t built for you, but you can still work toward what you want to do with your life. Amputees can still bike, jog, or hike. Blind people can still do their makeup. It’s harder, but possible. Lots of people think schizophrenia means the end. When I was diagnosed no one expected me to even get through school, or be part of a team, but I am doing it. Honestly people act like diagnoses are like schizophrenia mean an end. But a diagnosis is a tool to help one learn about how they can cope, and find treatments available. We are fire in the rain. However paradoxical, we keep burning. I keep burning with passion and I hope you can too.

26 productions. That’s how many theatre productions I had done before it got bad. My disability has taken away my ability to preform in theatre. I’m not “disabled enough” for my local program for disabled actors. Theatre is a passion of mine. I love this video so much because some may seem more able but their disability is still recognised AND they continue to do the things that bring them joy. It’ll be hard but I have hope that I can get myself to a place to continue my way towards becoming a veterinarian, even if I can’t do surgeries like I would love to. I am unable to leave bed without assistance due to not having a wheelchair but the days I *can* walk on my own, I push myself, knowing that my unsupportive parents won’t acknowledge my effort but I still want to get better. My disability may not define me but it is still a part of my identity. I am not anyone’s inspiration. I am simply doing my best.

I loved the ASL! I'm have severe hearing lose and I'm an ASL learner. I also have ADHD, OCD, dyslexia, and extra sensitivity to bright light, loud noise, and new and rough texture. Although I don't like rap I loved the chorus. I talk more nonverbally then verbally and the chorus made me smile, so that means I loved the song.

Is it dyslexia? I'm also dyslexic, but I come up with ways to remember how to spell new words one is that I got from Matilda which is difficulty. Sometimes it is hard for me to physically read letters I literally need to use my best friends google read and write, and speechify, but the other half of the reason why I have trouble reading is that I have ADHD and loss my place when and when not I have a poor attention span.

This is beautiful, I love how its people with disabilities and people with no disabilities. mixing together. However, people with disabilities still enjoy dance music and hip hop, classical, blues and other music types so why not make all music/videos integrated with people with or not with disabilities the norm :)

I have a Learning Disability and I have seizures to so my brain is missed up so I’m trying to get my drivers license but people say I can’t do it. And I’m trying to live on my own so I just found this song. And I don’t care what people see or say I have good friends that help even though I’m lonely
