is there a forward pressure indicator on these bindings? Also, I have these binding mounted on a pair of Dynastar Speedzone 12 TI skis. I don't see a boot centerline marking on the ski. Is there one? Since I don't have an indication of forward pressure or a boot centerline mark on the ski, I'm doing the following: I trust that that the mounting plate installation at the factory is correct. I set the toe piece to match my 316 mm boot sole length and trust this will position the boot on the ski correctly. Then, I adjust the heel piece to the smallest span that will accommodate my boot sole and trust that this will yioeld the correct forward pressure. Is this correct?

There is a pressure indicator. On the heel there is a silver metal cylinder about 3/16" sticking out the back. When set properly the heel piece will come back over this piece until it's flush with the back. I find when properly adjusted the binding feels light it's almost too close for your boot to get into, yet it will. I have the SZ12s as well. Does the small delta of this binding setup bother you? I put a 4mm shim under the entire heel section of the mounting plate and it transformed the ski for me.
