(b) Banded Alternating From Bottom Incline Bench (4 reps/arm)
(c) Banded Incline Bench (4 reps)
(d) Banded Dips (4 reps)
(e) Dips (4 reps)
(f) Banded Rows (8 reps)
(g) Rows (8 reps)
(h) Towel Curls (8 reps)
