What's your favorite part about this Miami Dream House?

I've been dreaming of moving to Miami for years, the cost of living there is super expensive so I've been saving up for what feels like forever to be able to afford to buy a house for my family there one day. I visit the city a couple times a year to get familiar with the surrounding areas to figure what part of the city I want to move to & love the Kendall area. I go to open house showings like I would if I could afford to buy there, stay in airbnb houses similar to what I imagine myself living in one day, and just live out my normal day-to-day there like I would if I actually lived there. Manifesting the heck out of this. Still years away from reaching that goal so I am learning Spanish in the meantime to become a true local, still need to save up much more and make a lot more to afford the mortgage, but HOLY COW would it be divine intervention to win this! I've never felt more at home than I do when I'm in this city.

I've been severely depressed the last 2 years since I moved to New York and decided this week after having probably the worst month of my life, that I'm moving back to Miami ASAP. Then this ad happens to play while I'm watching a show. Funny how life works. Taking this as a positive sign even if I don't win. And helping make a wish? Definitely happy to donate what I can. Happy to come across this. A dream house for sure. And kudos to whoever styled this. So my style!

The irony of this is, the people who want to win this the most, will probably not be able to afford to keep it (b/c of the 900k in income tax you'll have to pay). While the people who are able to keep it if they win, could probably afford to buy it.

Man 2021 has been such of tough year for everyone, definitely has been for my family and I. Winning this home would mean the absolute world to us. My infant daughter can finally meet all her family in Miami (both sets of grandparents and aunts live in Miami while we are freezing in Maryland). This would be life changing, a man can only dream. Id keep the house.... turn it into a airbnb and have passive income! house would def bring over 30k a month. plus the house is paid off and furnished! 1 mill is cool and all and you could prolly get more houses to make an airbnb but i personally think this is a better idea mainly because its paid off and worth more than a million instant equity at 17!

Lol, this house is an hour away from south beach! Not even close! Plus there's no such thing as "Kendall Ranches." It's just Kendall and not to mention, the neighborhood is not "quaint" as they say. They don't even say anything about Dadeland, which I think is a little sus.

And what beaches are you close to exactly? Because you’re showing South Beach, and that’s about an hour away from wherever this house is. Especially during rush hour on the 836. You may actually be closer to Key Largo. The only thing you’re close to living in this house is Dade Land Mall.
