I’m literally wrapping up a whole house cabinet install north of New Orleans- “semi custom” glorified RTA boxes. All week my boss is pushing us to go faster, builder doesn’t care if it’s pretty, & the homeowner doesn’t know any better; then I see this. It’s a breath of fresh air to see the care and quality, and a reality check that I want to work for better clients. Killer job dude, hats off to your crew- I hope to get on ya’lls level one day!

I love great craftsmanship as you guys are showing! I am a cabinet maker and will say that not everyone has the money for this level of quality. Its a pleasure when I am able to lock in jobs of high craftsmanship! Thanks for the video!

Hey, your videos are always exceedingly inspirational and I love seeing how much care and attention to detail you put into your work. Can you please talk about if you experience wood movement in the shop once the stock has been rough milled and how you deal with this? It seems like the wood has been sitting there for several days and I wondered if this was an issue you have to deal with. Also, can you discuss how you transport such large pieces? I'd love to know your process for ensuring how everything makes it to the site intact. Thanks so much!

Hey Nick, beautiful work. It's nice to see cabinets being built professionally and not cookie cutter style. Couple of questions. You said that the cabinets will have pocket doors and behind these doors will be a coffee machine and toaster. Are there any electrical interlocks (or codes to follow) to ensure doors are not closed while the appliances can theoretically heat and potentially cause a fire? Also, since you're already painting, why don't you paint the entire MDF panel before assembly? Is it to prevent it from scratching during manipulations or another reason? Did I hear you say PRE finished walnut? Do you mean you do the finishing before you install the boxes? Or do you purchase the panels already finished?
