It was done with a baseball bat. I’ve been following this for awhile and I can’t hold back any longer. I am 100% positive that the weapon will never be found. Wood can be burned. Every single injury on Noah could, and was, done with a bat. I am also certain that Jack did this by himself, and that’s why all of the info is obscure and confusing. Jealousy is a very strong emotion. Now, I’m sure I can be argued with, and possibly threatened, but I am confident that this is what happened. At some point during the weekend, after whatever was going on between the two friends (Jack and Noah), -I can’t do this without being insulting… perhaps it was witnessing his girl slobbin on Noah and becoming horribly insecure with his Vienna sausage, that made him use all of the instances that occurred throughout the weekend to facilitate the murder as an alibi. So after arguing, Noah walks out to avoid further confrontation with his best friend. He gets pretty far away then hears something rushing towards him, and before he can turn, Jack swings -as hard as his tiny little body can manage- a Louisville Slugger right into his friends skull. This action would absolutely crack Noah’s skull, possibly even break his spine at neck level, peel hair off, and incapacitate him. Once Noah was on the ground, Jack beat him without mercy. I cannot speculate on the details, but I am certain that everything in the autopsy can, and does corroborate what I’m typing here. He (Jack, and possibly someone else) tried, and did put him in the ATV -now this is where the ATV story may have originated- and carried/transported Noah’s body to the drop site. During this action, Noah’s body may have fallen/slipped and been dragged shortly. As far as the circumstances of his actual discovery condition, who knows, weird. However, this is a terrible beating with a bat, wood burns and leaves almost no evidence. I am also certain that there were multiple people involved afterwards. I am angry about this because the primary person should simply confess and be done with it, leaving the innocent to grieve. Eh, but then we wouldn’t have this mystery.
I don't believe Noah's friends killed him. I do believe though that a few of them helped cover it up. IMO it was the Texas MEN, as in friends of the Combs girls father, maybe he was even there. I believe they didnt like what Noah said to Avery or even how he was acting to her. The Combs and Howard family look like some crazy S.O.Bs ( from research in news). Remember Jack said Texas boys left after Noah, that he thought it was them or semi mirror. Then quit mentioning them after that. I think they helped or were made to help cover it up. After all Noah waz already dead and couldn't change that. And so many people could get blamed and their life's ruined if it came back on any of them meaning providing alcohol and party house. Jody Combs was just arrested for meth again. They are probably the reason people are saying they're afraid to talk. Just my opinion ....

I'm pretty sure in that same text convo where Noah is said be left at 330 and died at 4, Jack also said that he was asleep earlier and woke up later meaning he was told this. The issue is that he doesn't directly say who exactly told him this information (party goers, authorities estimates based on interviews, etc).

I feel like this case is much deeper than what any body can see! It’s frustrating! Just when I think something about finding justice for Noah is about to happen…. Then wrong! From what I gathered with the video on Jack's phone interview with Rob & Cindy with Noah's family going over it, that audio interview was previously recorded and played to Noah's family to get their perspective and feedback. It's possible that parts may have been edited out but I don't recall hearing any part of the audio that sounded edited. I am pretty sure they'd want to keep everything in there considering he's a suspicious character in this case. I agree Kaden showed more emotion than Jack in body language, tone and speech. What makes Jack look more guilty is the lack of transparency - wearing sunglasses in 1st interview then doing an audio only interview. Kaden was and has been pretty transparent from the get-go it seems. Is Jack or any other friends questioning or appealing for a perpetrator or person to come forward even if they thought it was an accident that someone ran over him? where's the demands for Justice for their so-called friend? It's interesting that Kaden who was a friend is showing more loyalty to Noah than his own best friend. A best friend would do everything in their power to find the truth.
JN sounded like he was thinking for himself when interviewed on News Nation. He sounded like he was answering the way someone else would want him to during PITC interview.
A bat, or an axe handle, can cause all of the damage inflicted. It’s a terrible way to go. I’m sure everyone has seen what a bat to a mailbox can do. It is even plausible that the ATV story is part of the truth because every decent lie contains partial truths. So here is another perspective on this: After all things that transpired previous to the attack, Noah made it to the road/highway, walking towards home. The ATV, or a truck, finds him, squares off, the passenger with the club (bat, axe handle, or even 2x4) swings as the vehicle approaches and breaks Noah’s skull, slamming him forward and to the ground. This passenger jumps out as the vehicle slows, then proceeds to beat, over and over, Presgrove, until he is completely, and finitely, deceased. This assailant then determines that it looks like a “hit and run” enough to pass any lie detector test, and recounts his story. Of course, this leaves all the minute details out and removes all perceived doubt of [the assailant(s)] innocence. This is very (in)convenient. Establishing the actual truth(s) is difficult because of the confounding way a group of youths can almost always be counted on to never tell a complete story without clouding the actual facts. Kids lie, even if they are telling the “truth.” They somehow think they are making sense, even when they know we don’t believe their words. It will, and has, become impossible to get the really real story out of any of them. That being said, the “adult” father at the party, and his -more than likely guilty- son, could easily have conspired to finish Noah off. Finding a wooden instrument, probably a baseball bat, and chasing Noah down after he walked off, would not have been difficult. They all knew he wanted to go home. Now, even though we will never know all of the circumstance, we do know that Noah asked everyone he knew to give him a ride back to his house. Once he walked out, the -and I’ll state it- the Newtons (and possibly a few others) concocted a “fishing” story, then ran him down. I’m sure that there are many aspects to all of the reported stories that are true. Many of these aspects probably contain a ton of actual facts, however, the one “fact” is Noah was killed in a terrible manner. His best friend came barreling down the highway, lined up his swing, then “hey batter batter” nearly took his head off. He then jumped out and continuously, and savagely, beat his defenseless life-long buddy to death. After this, possibly in a show of regret -or emotional realization, he gently folded and placed his shorts next to his friends body. I’m sure I don’t have to recount everything that transpired next, but the cell phone pings also align with this telling. It isn’t difficult to put this together. All we need now is a sincere confession. This may prove impossible, however, I do feel that this is the most logical explanation to what happened, prove me wrong.
You are doing a fantastic job WW keep at it you pushing buttons. Someone is going to snap. I feel the JN family and the AC family should all be put onto a polygraph test by total outsiders to the local sheriff department or and near by local law of enforcement. I would hope a judge could oversee the polygraph test or refer it to an upstanding department where all is conducted above board. I personally feel the above mentioned family's have way to much clout and influence in their local town.
Jack isn’t showing much emotion towards Noah. However, he also isn’t showing emotion towards the possible consequences of being found guilty. He’s way to chill for being a top suspect facing life in prison. You could say if Jack were guilty he wouldn’t be acting so chill..He’s not showing any signs of being worried/scared he isn’t acting paranoid or erratic..He isn’t deflecting blaming other party goers. You can view his behavior two different ways..He must not have anything to worry about.
To best figure out the time of death we may need to look into how long it takes for "rigormortise" to kick in. I recall seeing or hearing somewhere that upon police arrival the body had rigormortise. So for the body to be stiff than that could be a reason the shorts were taken off of him and not placed on him. His body was too stiff for the white shorts to be placed on him once he got stiff.
If the story of Noah witnessing the pedophile father is true, there is even more motive for the events involving his (Noah’s) murder. The circumstances of his condition when found: mismatched shoes, naked body -or not, broken necklace (ripped during a confrontation), the placement of objects, the familial relations of the investigators, and everything else that’s so unforgivingly strange; how horrible are these; leave too many questions. How is it possible he was asleep. When he walked into the house at 4am or +/- getting everyone up stating Noah had passed on at 4am so it's impossible for him to have been asleep in the house. He could not have been anywhere near the house before 4am if that's the time he arrived announcing the heartbreaking news. Dryed eyed, no tears or panic, but in more of a matter of fact kinda manner. The polygraph test sucks. He had or still has an uncle who was or is highly ranked in the sheriff department. J & A may not have done the dirty work. I think they got their unsavory friends. The Texas Boys gang did the dirty workout on behalf of JN & AC. JN stepmom mom Rosa is related to one of the TBoys.
We don’t know JN at all so I wouldn’t know his behavior, because he’s low in showing, but one thing I now he’s liar.. Why didn’t the woman that interview him started with the first question and ask him how did he know NP died at 400am, And where was he at that time and what was he doing From 4an to 515am.. He was suppose to be the suspect and taken to the police department to be interview not a polygraph..
