Melissa and Jason are both acting public attorneys. Perhaps that is the reason Hicks isn’t allowing charges to be filed for social hosting. Andrew Benedict (Melissa Husband) Law Firm is attorney for several party goers. Hicks is also backed by Governor Stitt. Even if local LE wanted to prosecute the DA has to agree correct.
