Shoe lifts! I'm 6-'2" inches and married. I honestly bought them because I had a pair of ill-fitting dress boots, I could not return and my foot flops around inside, but they are otherwise nice boots. She (wife) hates it when I wear them out (dress boots with lifts) as it puts me almost 6-4 and the shoes don't look "tall". Her hating them is how you know it works, even at small differences. At first it seemed silly, but I can see that I do get more looks from ladies with them, than without. I would guess like a 15-20% gain. good points about niche maxxing. I've always considered this as well. I think a good starting point is what kind of music do you legitimately like? Normally, musical styles have a style of dress and appearance. You can start there if you're unsure what niche to go for. For example, I genuinely like heavy metal so I have longer hair, a stubble beard and wear band shirts and leather jacket. I don't come across as a "try hard" as this is my genie personality. The metal look is niche and many women don't care for it, but if you try to force yourself to niche into a market you don't legitimately identify with, it does come across and women can pick up on a poser vibe.
I'm going to be honest with you, gymmaxxing will not mean anything if you don't have the facial looks. Gymmax only really works with wmn you know already not strangers.

I'm also an Indian guy like Hamza obviously I'm not as fit as him but I've noticed the only way I can get better is to double down on my niche. As a south Indian, I'm especially inspired by Bahubali, specifically Amarendra Bahubali. Bit flamboyant but in the masculine Indian way. I'm going to attempt to mix parts of Amarendra into my casual style. Perhaps mimic the hairstyles and facial hair and see how that works out as I try to get my body up to par. I'm at the point where my body is skinny fat. But I have enough muscle to have toned arms with a shirt on so I look skinnier than I really am with the right shirt. I'm working on getting jacked but we'll see.
Hitting the upper body machines at the gym overtime + eating lots of protein and wearing a fitting tanktop tucked under a regular t shirt works great for people plagued with skinny fat!

I was unconsciously "nichemaxxing" as a teen, being a metalhead/long hair, flannel, band shirts, baggy pants etc.. at one point in highschool i remember counting 13 girls in a span of a few weeks who approached me/expressed their interest. Didn't really care tho i always had a girlfriend back then. Then i got bored of the "niche" cut my hair started dressing well and "manly", going to the gym, going out with "normal, basic" people and i have never had fever chicks in my life or been more bored. I guess in the US this isn't really a thing (except for maybe some smaller towns and southern states). It's a reality dating show where singles have to find love within 10 days on an island and choose who they want to be with at the end of it. I'm a black man who is in the category of a normie but I might be a Tyrone light. I'm 6ft even and I go to the gym almost every day. I like sporting a bald head and a clean shave. something related to a military look or a '90s to 2000 Michael Jordan or other Black athlete type look. Currently I weigh 195lbs. I would consider myself as having to fit to athletic frame because I have a shredded six pack and a low body fat percentage. when wheat waffles broke down niece maxing when it comes to ethnicity/race that is what I try to hone in on. I tried to come across women who either have a preference for Black men or they are open to Black guys. When I travel to other countries I meet some women who tell me I'm the first black guy they've been with or black men is what they primarily seek out. so it can be a hard reality to accept that my race is a niche market in itself and can come with a lot of rejection. But it can also be an advantage at the same time. I can get rejected by a woman if she's with her friends because one of them is going to uphold the I don't like black men vibe or our family wouldn't approve. and her friend who would be open to me will fall along with her out of peer pressure. but if I catch the girl alone away from people that influence her decision making there's a stronger likelihood she'll be more open to me.
If you're 6'0", 195 lbs, low body fat, you should be in really good shape, not to mention tall. Obviously race may play a role with some women, but unless your face is jacked I should think you would fare well through looksmaxing alone. I'm white, so I can't exactly relate 100%, but when I was 5'10" 165 - 175 lbs (no six-pack even when I was very lean), with a "pretty" face, I fared well enough compared to the average (around 75+ body count). If I were 6'0", 195 lbs, low body fat, I probably would have been crushing pussy left and right. If you were to nichemax, I think you would need to stay true to yourself so that the "niche" is authentic to your personality. For example, I usually went with a high and tight haircut (I was in the miliary) and no tattoos. You could go that route, or get tattoos and a less "straight edge" hairstyle. Now that I think about it, assuming you're in the U.S., being black might be kind of a niche (maybe a larger one though) since there are always some women who might take race into account, but at the same time black men tend to have that "cool" factor that white men don't (at least in media - for example, I couldn't imagine a white man competing with Wesley Snipes as Blade - he was as cool as cool can be), so that could play to your favor.

I've never been skinny and my body is more inclined to being more bulky anyways. It depends on the woman, but it seems to me to be completely up to the girl's preferences. Some of them just desperately want to date a white dude. And you don't want to date those as they won't treat you well anyways. Just work with what you have and dip into that demographic that most prefers you.

This is something I’ve noticed for a while but Wheat makes it much simpler to understand. A lot of the women who are on dating apps are on there for a specific niche. And they will gladly stay single for years if they don’t get it. Some of them do have a niche for big fat dudes with unkempt facial hair. Tattoos and piercings is a big one I’ve observed probably longer than Wheat has been alive. In some areas, I swear that niches are going to make you appealing to a lot more than 10%.
