what a unique observation! i dont think loona and tripleS will ever officially collaborate but i can see where the small s idea might have stemmed from this concept!!
you got me until the sun part. while theres a chance they might exist in the same universe, i don't see why they would put references to triples in a mv 2/3 years before their debut. that was, TO ME, going way too far. a thing that actually looks similar in both groups is the units names. acid angel from asia reminds me of yyxy, because of the angel thing, and nakyoung possibly being a fallen angel (or something similar to olivia), based on their teaser pics. as they came out, they were gradually getting blurrier and darker, with nakys being really hard to see, so i kinda and associated that with the angel concept. ever since krystal eyes name, song "sneak peek" AND introduction came out, i couldn't stop thinking about odd eye circle too lol
i also saw somewhere that there will be 24 members in tripleS (pls correct me if I'm wrong), which is two times bigger than loona's amount of members (12). and the S in tripleS is also two times bigger than s in 'for/to all LOONAs around the world'. I don't know if it makes any sense, but it's kinda interesting

those observation of yours from loona mv post butterfly era is just a coincidence, jeden lore has nothing to do with those mv presentation, i doubt JJ leave any blueprint in BBC office so they got a reference for future lore.
No. There's still lore after his departure. He can't just take everything and leave. The lore exists though it's not as clear cause they have to simultaneously focus on 12 different characters and their own paths. That was possible before because of all the teasers as well as cinema theory videos. After Jaden left, BBC didn't want to spend that much money on the lore so they stopped with all the clues and extra videos causing the lore to become messy, but they still continued it.
