Loose Watercolour Painting Tutorial, Part 8, Using Masking Fluid 

I’m so happy to have found you! I’ve had some success with realistic painting and I’m grateful for it. But I love the look of loose watercolor painting and want to be able to choose which style I wish to paint in on any given piece. I feel completely lost when I try to do a painterly style. I’ve taken a couple of online workshops to try to help me, but my efforts still felt very stilted and unnatural. I’Ve watched most of your videos now and feel very hopeful that you are the answer to my quest for flexibility. I love your work, your gentle, calming voice and comfortable way with the brush. I now look forward to using these tutorials to try my hand again at doing it your way and hope that it will become one of my ways as well. Thank you so much for sharing your skill. I will be watching closely for each new tutorial to come. This style of panting is what drew me to watercolor in the first place. I love ‘the watercolor look’. That’s something I seldom achieve with my highly realistic painting. Thank you again.
